Pebbles view is a Victorian Portland stone built mid terrace cottage in the village of Fortuneswell Portland offering stunning panoramic sea views of the Jurassic coasts Chesil beach from all floors
The newly refurbished cottage arranged over three floors comprises of the lounge with wooden floors, wood burner flat screen TV and DVD player.
The dinning room with seating for six,the kitchen with underfloor heating,built in fridge/freezer,dish washer,gas hob and electric oven and all the usual mod cons,off the kitchen is a small conservatory with under floor heating which is ideal for a breakfast room,with a table and four chairs,and double doors that open out to the court yard and a small utility room with Washing machine sink and WC.
The second floor consists of a large traditional style family bathroom with bath and mixer shower, heated towel rail WC,leading on from there is the first of the three bedrooms,this bedroom consists of two single beds one of which is an occasional bed that pulls out from under the main bed,double wardrobe and chest of draws,the second bedroom with stunning sea views has a King sized bed and built in wardrobes
The third floor is accessed via a narrow stair case, the room with more stunning sea views over Chisel Beach has a king sized bed double wardrobe dressing table, and large chest of draws.
The cottage is situated at the end of a no through road,parking outside the property is very limited, but free parking can be found on the main road between 6pm and 8am or a free car park a short walk away..
