Le Clos De Socorro is set in a peaceful location on the edge of a nature reserve only 10 minutes walk to the award winning Blue Flag beach and 10 minutes walk to the famous Canal Du Midi. Averaging 300 days of sunshine a year the area is surrounded by vinyards producing excellent wines.
Portiragnes Plage has a good range of markets, restaurants and bars, sporting activities and water sports making this the ideal family holiday location.

This spacious family house comprises of 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 double with large king size bed, 1 twin with two single beds & 1 family with two double beds and a family bathroom with shower over bath & toilet. Downstairs there's a further double with large king size bed, a shower room and separate toilet. The spacious fully equipped, modern kitchen has a large family table and is separated from the living room via a breakfast bar and has access onto a small terrace and garden at the rear. The large living room has a modern corner suite, its patio doors open onto a large terrace and garden at the front. with freestanding BBQ. The patio has a covered terrace ideal for al fresco dining.

The kitchen terrace is ideal for early morning breakfast and at the front of the house the landscape garden has a freestanding BBQ and partially covered terrace, ideal for al fresco dining and lazing in the sun. Take a dip in the communal swimming pool or a short walk takes you onto the long sandy beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag for quality every year since it was established.

The hire of Linen and Bath towels is included in the price. Linen and towels are sent to a specialist laundry to ensure that you receive quality service. Towels are for Inside Use Only! Please bring your own beach / pool towels.
Cot Hire - 2.50 euro per night

** HOLIDAY INSURANCE: Please ensure that you have valid holiday insurance at the time of booking your holiday flights and accommodation.

** CANCELLATIONS: Please note that the following cancellation charges will apply;
Deposits non refundable
29 - 56 days before arrival date - 50% of the rental refunded
15 - 28 days before arrival date - 25% of the rental refunded
0 - 14 days before arrival date - 10% of the rental refunded
These charges may be reclaimed through your holiday insurance if the reason for cancellation falls within the terms and conditions of your policy.

**DISCLAIMER: Please note that the floors throughout the property and terraces are ceramic tiles. Caution should be taken with wet feet or when floors become wet as they will be slippy. Young children should be supervised at all times either inside or out to prevent accidents. (Caution! wet floors, glass patio doors, swimming pool etc).

“we had a fantastic holiday” We had two weeks at this property with 4 adults and 5 children. We drove down with another family to this property via the tunnel with 5 bikes attached to the car. We had a great time at the house and it had everthing we needed, including an outdoor barbecue which we used often.The pool area was ideal and the kids loved cycling to the boulangerie in the mornings for croissants. The area around the property is great for cycling as it is so flat and it is easy to get on the path for the Canal De Midi. There are some very nice restaurants close by and one or two we found were quite reasonable. There was entertaiment on some nights in the village, such as an outdoor disco and foam party which the younger children enjoyed. We travelled many miles with our cars visiting nearby villages and cities - Carcossonne and Colloure near the Spanish border and the Thau lake near Sete. Beautiful restaurants. We would certainely go back again to enjoy the local wine from one of the wine caves in the village.
