No. 7 is located on the ground floor of a traditional Lakeland building. Situated in Portinscale adjacent to Derwentwater and just 15 minutes walk from Keswick, the location is ideal for exploring the Northern lakes, with many walks from the doorstep.
There is private, off-road car parking immediately in front of the apartment. A private entrance leads to an inner hallway with storage space for coats and boots. Outside there is a secure bike store and drying room for wet clothing, conveniently located next to Number 7.
The property has gas central heating with individual radiator thermostats and on-demand hot water.
The open plan living/dining room is spacious with a comfortable sitting area equipped with internet enabled television, DVD and radio/CD player. Free Wifi Broadband is available for your use.
On the bookcase you will find a variety of books, DVDs and a selection of walking guides for use during your stay. For your convenience, we provide a range of tourist information and leaflets for local attractions and places to visit, to help you plan your holiday.
Our modern kitchen is fully fitted with an integrated self-igniting gas hob, fan-assisted oven, washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The cupboards are well stocked with all the utensils you would need on a self catering holiday. An iron, airer and ironing board are also provided and cleaning products are available for your use.
Tastefully decorated, the large double bedroom is fitted with solid wood furniture and has plenty of storage space. A choice of seasonal, hollow-fibre duvets is provided and the bed is made up for your arrival. The en suite bathroom has a Mira shower over a full-size bath, WC and washbasin. A hairdryer is provided for your use.
Towels may be hired at a cost of £5 per set
