The Algarve region
The villa is ideally situated - approximately 11 kms (6 miles) from the town of Portimao and only a short drive from the Meridan (Pinina) golf course. Also a short drive away are the beaches of Praia da Rocha, Vau and Alvor; a stunning coastline with fine sandy beaches and providing excellent swimming. About 30 minutes drive to the north are the Monchique mountains (altitude approx. 1000 meters) which provide some great views of the Algarve coastline.
Portimao area
The town of Portimao is the main town in the central Algarve and popular with tourists. It is located only 11 kms (6 miles) from the villa and provides excellent shopping facilities, restaurants, banks and supermarkets.
How to get there
Fly to Faro. Cheap flights available from Easyjet (including flights from Bristol).Villa well situated and easily accessible from the newly built EN 125 dual carriageway direct from Faro.

Further details indoors: Bedroom 1 is a ground floor master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, washbasin, wc and shower. Bedroom 2 is a ground floor bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with washbasin, wc and shower. Bedroom 4 (optional) is a small ground floor bedroom with adult sized bunk beds. Access to this bedroom is via Bedroom 2 so would be ideally suited for families with younger children. Bedroom 3 is situated on the first floor with 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom with washbasin, wc and shower. It also has balcony overlooking the back garden.
The open plan dining area leads to the lounge with it's circular design. The lounge has 2 comfortable leather sofas and 1 traditional sofa.
Further details outdoors: There is a brick built summer-house, outdoor dining area, sun loungers and pool shower. The swimming pool is within an enclosed area, part walled and part wrought iron fenced with gates. The villa has mature gardens, well maintained lawns with several flowerbeds and a small orchard with a variety of fruit trees.
