About the home

As you enter the villa you find a small entrance area which takes you into the large and comfortable lounge dining area.

This area has TV, DVD, large sofas and the dining area has seating around the glass table for 6 people.

From the lounge are patio doors which open onto the pool area and garden, where you can sit, lay, play, swim and enjoy your holiday in a charming garden and with privacy and quiet.

The kitchen which is off the dining area is completely fitted and has all the home comforts necessary to cook a fried breakfast to a major feast.

The villa has three bedrooms, all individually furnished and all with large windows to enjoy the morning sunshine. The bathrooms are ensuite and again are modern and furnished to the highest standards.

The property is also located in an area called Belmonto which is a 3 minute drive from the main retail area of Portimao and a 10 minute drive from Praia da Rocha, Alvor, Ferragudo and the riverside area of Portimao.

There are 7 golf courses all within 10 minutes to 15 minutes drive of the property.

Further details outdoors:
The garden area is south facing and there is a lovely swimming pool with seating and sunbathing areas around. The garden is mature with plants and rockery areas. There are shades that extend over the patio to allow some seating out of the sun.

This villas is child friendly as is the garden.

There is also a barbecue area outside where you can cook in the glorious Algarve evening air.

On the top of the house is a sunbathing terrace that allows real sun worshipper an amazing chance of peace, quiet and privacy

The property is ideally located for exploring the west Algarve. There are 2 water parks within 15 minutes drive and also 5 beaches within 10 minute drive.

Along the beach boardwalk there are 16 restaurants all of which have been designed to look identical on the outside but each has its own character internally.

There are over 20 golf courses and 2 water parks within a 30 minute drive and a wide spectrum of water sports including jet skis, fishing, water skiing, paragliding, wind surfing and much more in Praia da Rocha itself .
