About the home

Well appointed spacious apartments in a building containing only 16 privately owned apartments.It is perfectly positioned for easy access to the main avenue of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The 10 apartments (located on the groundfloor, 1 and 2 floor. has been recently complete renovated and re equipped to the highest standards to make your holiday as comfortable and trouble free as possible.We can arrange for you to be met at the airport and driven to the apt. or we can arrange car hire.

Deposit required (€ 150,-) at time of reservation and 30% pre payment and the balance(70%) to be paid 1 month before arrival

The Algarve / West Algarve region

The Algarve is one of Europes premier holiday destinations with a climate that has been likened to California.

The Portimao / Praia da Rocha area

Praia da Rocha is the holiday suburb of Portimao which is the second largest city on the Algarve. It has a superb beach which is one of the main attractions to the area. Along the beach boardwalk there are 16 restaurants all of which have been designed to look identical on the outside but each has its own character internally.

There are over 20 golf courses and 2 water parks within a 30 minute drive and a wide spectrum of water sports including jet skis, fishing, water skiing, paragliding, wind surfing and much more in Praia da Rocha itself .

“Perfectly Located... A little gem of a place...” Stayed in these apartments a few times now, always spotless and a pleasure to stay in. They are perfectly located, close enough to the nightlife, but far enough away if thats not your thing. You have the marina on your doorstep as well as a host of bars and restaurants. Owners are extremely friendly and can not do enough to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. I highly recommend these apartments.
