This lovely holiday home has been recently refurbished to the highest standard by the owners, who have thought of everything that you will need to have the perfect Cornish holiday in this great location. Everything is new from the modern and well equipped kitchen to the beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms. The house has the benefit of dedicated parking for two cars with more parking available and sea views are available from the patio area from the french doors where you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets.

The Porthtowan / Sandy Cove area
Porthtowan is situated 3 miles from St Agnes and 9 Miles from Truro, Porthtowan has so much to offer including wonderful coastal walks and one of the finest surfing beaches in the South-West. With its expanse of sand, rock pools and wonderful caves to explore, the beach is ideal for families. Wet Suits, surf boards and tuition are available next to the beach, which also has a lifeguard on duty throughout the season.
Although small and quiet, Porthtowan has many amenities including a small supermarket and post office, tea rooms and The Blue bar a family friendly and lively bar with good food and live music at the weekends.

Enjoyed the stay immensely. Two things to improve upon would be 1) instructions on how to find the fusebox as there was no power when we arrived and in the guest info book there was nothing about the power supply, 2) Outside tap would have been good for rinsing off wetsuits. That said its a beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need or want. The view from the patio of the sea is lovely. Luxurious while at the same time feeling very home from home. |
