An splendid holiday home found in a quiet close located within a seven minute downhill walk (ten-minute walk back up!) to the sandy cove of Porthtowan. Here you can find beachside cafes, bars with a small selection of shops for your daily requirements. Sandpiper is a superbly designed detached bungalow with three bedrooms, a very spacious semi open plan living room with kitchen, an enclosed garden with private parking. The accommodation is located where there are plenty of walks in and around Porthtowan with special areas set aside for picnics including rugged cliffs and wooded walks. The National Trust Beach of Chapel Porth can be reached within a thirty-minute walk and overlooking Porthtowan are the remains of Wheal Towan, an 18th century copper tin mine. Sandpiper is well situated, being close to a variety of popular family attractions including Perranporth and Newquay both famous for its surfing beaches with the Zoo and Sea Life Centre, The Eden Project in St.Austell, the Wildlife Sanctuary in Hayle and Flambards Theme Park near to Lands End.

Fresh and bright, a contemporary theme is reflected in the choice of furnishings and d?cor adding modern appeal to the newley-refurbished interior with laminate flooring fitted in the main living area. An open style living room with comfortable sofas supports a well-fitted kitchen and dining area. All rooms are spacious and the d?cor and furnishings are of a very good standard. Kitchen: Electric cooker, American fridge/freezer with a washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave in the utility room. Dining Area: Large dining table with chairs to accommodate eight people. Living Room: Comfy sofas, 42" plasma t.v with a dvd player. Bedroom One: Kingsize bed (5ft) with an ensuite shower, wash hand basin and w.c. This room benefits from having a wall-mounted 32" LCD t.v, and patio doors that leads out onto the enclosed rear garden: Bedroom Two: Double bed (4ft 6ins). Porthtowan

The village of Porthtowan has a rich mining history, and you will see numerous old engine houses when exploring the area. Its sandy beach stretches for over a mile at low tide and is popular with families and surfers. The larger village of St Agnes is just 10 minutes away with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from.

"A BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY HOME,CLEAN COSY AND VERY PEACEFUL WITHIN A WONDERFUL LOCATION,PERFECT."

We had yet another wonderful holiday,The accomadation was extremley pleasent with easy access to a selection of beautiful beaches,a range of shops,pubs and restaurants,we look forward to booking another break later in the year,and again next year.
