Ocean View is a superb retreat offering guests the most spectacular, unobstructed sea views from all the main rooms: waves breaking on the sand, sunsets over the open ocean, and the coastline stretching away into the distance.
The master bedroom with its panoramic sea views is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in bed. As the day comes to an end why not light the bbq and enjoy some outside dining on the large patio while the children can play in the enclosed garden just perfect for watching the sunset.
This retreat is so spacious and airy that it immediately creates a feeling of relaxed wellbeing. The interior has been dressed by our own design team with top quality furnishings and fabrics in restful colours.

Cornwall is a paradise for people who love the coastline and beautiful walks. The climate is mild and our cornish gardens our in bloom early season due to this. Cornish light is an artists dream with longer days and crisp clean unpoluted light.
A must visit when you are in Cornwall is the famous Eden Project, or a trip to Lands End where the atlantic ocean meets the rugged cliffs of Cornwall.
If the open Cornish air is your thing then another must is a trip to the ever popular Minack Theatre with performances from May to September.
If making your trip to Cornwall a very special memory is your aim then why not take a short flight by Skybus to the beautiful Isles of Scilly and spend a day relaxing in the perfect surroundings.
Porthleven area
Porthleven is a small fishing harbour located on the south west coast it is unspoilt and provides an ideal sanctury for those guests who want to experience Cornwall at its best but still haveing local amenities at hand.
Local shops such as our local Deli and award winning fresh fish shop provide povisions for keen cooks or why not try the ever popular Kota restaurant with it exclusive menu an friendly atmosphere. To keep the children happy let them sample one of 45 icecream flavours from Naughty But Ice on the harbourside.
Also take a trip to Flambards Theme Park a fun day out for all of the family. Get some history of Cornwall's mining and visit Poldark Mine, both are a close drive from Porthleven.

Further details indoors: Master bedroom This huge south facing room, airy and full of light, extends across the whole retreat. Fancy waking to the sight and sounds of the sea and surf; how refreshing. Without moving from the king-size bed there are fantastic views, through the big picture windows, of the sea and coastline. A private balcony offers the opportunity for early morning coffee outside, directly overlooking the waves. The fabrics and furnishings are of the highest quality,and the en-suite bathroom has been completed to the highest of standards.
Guest bedroom 1 Contains double bed (4ft6) with splendid views over the coastline and an en-suite shower room with top quality fittings throughout. The contemporary colours and fabrics make this a most pleasant room.
Lower Ground Floor Lounge Extending the whole width of the house, this spacious room comprises a large and comfortable 'relaxing area' together with “dining area” with seating for 6 guests. The lounge has the benefit of picture windows, giving the same spectacular sea views as from the master bedroom; it is furnished with top quality soft seating, fabrics and fittings that complement the overall ambience of the retreat.
Guest bedroom 2 Leading off the lounge is the third bedroom, containing a 3ft divan bed with storage under. Decorated in pastel shades with superior bed linen, this is a restful room with an en-suite shower room which also doubles as a downstairs cloakroom.
Kitchen Even the kitchen has marvellous sea views, and of course comes fully equipped with top quality appliances and utensils maintained to the highest standards.Not a lot more can be said about this highly functional kitchen.Just perfect.
Further details outdoors: There is a large patio area in front of the lounge and chairs, table and parasol as well as a barbecue are provided. Steps from the patio lead down to a small grassed area, ideal for a picnic or somewhere for children to play in safety.
There is a dedicated parking space for one vehicle adjacent to the retreat and there is further free parking within easy walking distance.
