Location, location, location.., come and stay at our stunning location.Set in Porthleven in the cliffs above the beach Westward has stunning unobstructed views of Mounts Bay and the Ocean beyond. The huge southwesterly facing terrace is a suntrap from dawn to dusk. Westward lies between the road and the sea so there is no disturbance from passing cars.It is semi-detached and very secluded. All the main rooms have large double glazed picture windows. Enjoy the breathtaking views from behind them with a cosy wood burning stove in luxurious comfort. Watch when the big South Westerly winds work up a fury while you sit comfortably on the sofas. All bedrooms are en suite and the property has every conceivable aid to modern day living. Enjoy the views in peaceful seclusion or venture into the lovely fishing harbour, or along the coastal path in either direction, where the scenery is varied, beautiful, and unspoiled.We also have Full SKY TV packageon a 42" plasma screen and WiFi broadband internet access.

Westward is a contemporary two-storey semi detached house located in a stunning cliff-top position overlooking the beach in the unspoilt fishing village of Porthleven. Facing south west, it has fantastic sea views over Mounts Bay and beyond, with a large terrace and garden from which to enjoy them. The accommodation is large and spacious, with no expense being spared in creating a truly luxurious home.The accommodation has been recently renovated and furnished to the highest standards throughout and has three bedrooms to sleep up to six people.In detail, the accommodation comprises:-Large spacious lounge and dining area with sofas, TV, DVD and Sky TV and fantastic views from a huge window overlooking the sea. The dining area seats eight, so you can invite guests over to share Westward with you for lunch or dinner during your stay!! 3 Bedrooms,1 en suite bathroom,2 en suite showerrooms, modern kitchen with all facilities including washing machine and tumble dryer, living area for 6 people. Oil central heating.Full SKY TV Package, DVD Player, WiFi Broadband access. Plasma TV.The Dining Area seats six comfortably and overlooks the terrace area with stunning views over the beach.Fully-fitted very well equipped kitchen, including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge / freezer etc.The downstairs bedroom can accommodate two children in bunk beds. The bedroom also has its own en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin, and W.C.The upstairs main bedroom has a huge stunning panoramic window overlooking the terrace and beach below.The bedroom has its own private balcony to enjoy the beautiful views whatever the season.The second upstairs bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and also has its own en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.
Westward is fully centrally heated, and has a new modern wood burning stove, we also supply a basket of logs.The price includes all heating costs and crisp, fresh linen and towels.
