Note: The bed is accessed from one side only. Note: There are low beams on the mezzanine sitting area. Note: Maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. Note: The property is next to a B road, so some traffic noise may be experienced. Note: Due to the owner keeping dogs, cats, chickens and ducks, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead at all times. Note: There is a caravan park 1 min walk from the property.

The scattered village of Ton Kenfig offers a pub excellent walks and cycling routes, a popular golf course and a nature reserve. Nearby the seaside resort of Porthcawl has a promenade, an array of shops, eating places, pubs and a funfair, plus the Gower, Mumbles and Swansea are with driving distance.
