La Grange has recently been fully renovated to a high standard to create a cosy, bright and spacious property new for this winter season. With a choice of three ski schools and The Club Piou Piou for after lesson care for young skiers this is an ideal choice for families. Also for short breaks, all the fun that Morzine has to offer is on the doorstep.
Rooms are sold as half-board. This means your cooked breakfast will be prepared in the Chalet by your own chef in the morning, and they will have a light afternoon tea waiting for you when you return from the slopes. Later when you've had time to unwind, a four course meal will be served in the Chalet's dining room, served at your own pace and with wine. Let your Chalet hosts take care of everything.
La Grange is located right in the heart of Morzine. The ski lifts are no more than a few minutes walk away. During season, La Grange changes over on Saturdays - but may be available at the last minute for short breaks. Call us to enquire.

The Rhone / French Alps / Haute-Savoie region
The French Alps are those parts of the Alps mountain range which lie in France. They are within the regions of Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur and Rhône-Alpes.

Morzine area
Situated mid-way between Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva, Morzine is stunning for Alpine scenery, nestled between forests and summits. Here life is leisurely, and the village has lost nothing of its original charm and Savoyard way of life.
Ideally placed right in the middle of the Portes du Soleil, Morzine is the gateway to a marvellous winter playground of 650 km of ski-slopes. In summer, these slopes become sign-posted footpaths for trekking and MTB. Not forgetting the miles of open spaces surrounding the ski-runs from where you can head off into the middle of nowhere…
Either for a few days or a longer holiday, both idlers and sports fans will find everything they need for a real break with family or friends - everything for a perfect, peaceful and pleasurable holiday. Sharing, laughing, playing, discovering, with loads of thrills, fresh air, great food and views. You’ll have a ball!
The resort also has a bustling summer timetable including mountain biking, golf, walking and caving amongst others. It is rumored that total number of visitors is actually greater in the summer season. The municipal swimming pool is olymipic size and caters for the bustling tourist flock, but it immaculately maintained.
How to get there
Air - The closest airport is Geneva, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away. There are frequent flights from the UK to Geneva with most major carriers. At Geneva Airport there are several car hire companies, alternatively we can arrange private transfers on your behalf.
Drive - The chalet-hotel is accessed via a decent road which is cleaned and snow-cleared 3-4 times a day during season

• The price for exclusive use of a chalet is based on 2 adults per room, i.e. Chalet Skade 2 adults x 5 bedrooms • The first 2 additional people are free and, where bedroom sizes allow, extras over and above have a 30% discount on the adult price • Children 12 years and under sharing with parents are half price if eating children’s supper • Children 2 years and under £100 – cots, bedding and highchairs provided • Short breaks @ £120 per day up to 3 days – discounts then apply • Prices include a cooked breakfast, afternoon tea or savoury snack with vin chaud, children's supper, 4 course dinner with wine and coffee • Prices do not include flights, airport transfers, ski passes, ski lessons, ski guiding, equipment hire, child care, lunches, insurance, staff gratuities. • Transport to the slopes for guests that have used our recommended airport transfer service is available for La Buissoniere and Le Plan de Pierrys. • All other chalets have easy access to ski lifts and/or ski buses therefore we do not provide transport, except for people with morning ski school • Transport is available with one minibus all day (within reason) and evening Transport can be arranged.
