The accommodation sleeps 6 in comfort but there are two spare mattress's that can be used for children to sleep on. Used by pulling out from under the bed.

Further details outdoors: Porters Gate is a gated community consisting of just 28 units, there is a communal swimming pool and tennis court and club house. in the coming months a gymnasium will be added to the upstairs of the club house.

The private swimming pool at Villa Nanpa is been added suring Summer 09 will be completed by the end of September.
There will be a coral stone patio sunbathing area and the owner has recently added some new high quality garden furniture to make most of the outside dining/living experience.
Outdoor shower and built in BBQ area also designed into new patio area.
Also new comfortable sun beds have been added for the comfort of the guests..
Conditions
20% deposit required to book property, remainder must be paid by 2 months before arrival.
Electricity and Breakages deposit. To prevent massive electricity bills (and to help the environment) the owner has introduced a "pay as you go" system to pay for electricity used.
Very simple to use, guest will text owner a meter reading on arrival and departure and is then charged £18 per 100 units used.
Meter is very easy to read, digital on outside wall, this is non-profit simply covers cost of actual usage, introduced to prevent guests leaving air-conditioning on with windows open whilst out on the beach for the day!
