Home description

The studio annex is part of a lovely restored family home and being situated near the heart of the village is just seconds from all amenities. This includes a variety of restaurants and bars, a local supermarket with English products, clothes and trinket shops and if required a chemist and doctor. You are 5 mins walk from two stunning beaches and 10 mins walk from the famous marina of Puerto Portals. This marina attracts a host of celebrities including the likes of Claudia Schiffer, Victoria Beckham and Paris Hilton.

The studio is comfortable with good quality linen provided and is fully equipped for all your needs. The very sunny outside space provides a sunbathing and extra eating area.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Mallorca is Spain's largest and most beautiful island in the Mediterranean sea and enjoys mild winters and hot summers. This island has a little something to offer everyone from the Sierra Traumuntana mountain range to the beautiful long white sandy shores of the stunning Ses Salines. If you're after a little history and sight seeing then Palma's old town and the Gothic Cathedral will keep you entertained or maybe you'd prefer a gondolier ride through the amazing Caves of Drac in Porto Cristo!

Portals Nous area

Portals Nous is in the county of Calvia which only means one thing, numerous beautiful beaches with water sports, heavenly coastline, super yacht marinas, the Western Water park, golf courses, tennis clubs, hills for hikers, vine yards for wine tasting, horse riding, casinos, Las Vegas style shows and all the night life and yearly events that go on in the famous Puerto Portals. So whether you wish to relax on the beach or enjoy something a little more energetic the choice is yours.

How to get there

Palma airport is 15 mins taxi ride away and will cost about 30 euros
Everything is to hand here but if desired there is a local car hire firm in the village just 3 mins walk away.
Also there is a bus stop and a taxi rank just 2 mins away.

This very private studio annex is part of a family home.
The home is situated near the heart of the village.
The family own a very friendly dog.
A small welcome pack will be provided.

Conditions

50 % of total price to secure the booking
50 % 6 weeks before arrival (if booked within 6 weeks before the arrival date the whole amount will be due)
£200 damage deposit will be needed on arrival and returned before departure.
The sum of 50 euros will be charged if the keys are lost .
Smoking preferred outside
A liability form will need to be signed on arrival
Property not suitable for minors

Lovely studio equipped with everything you need, brilliant location only 10 minutes walk from the lovely beaches. Also only minutes walk from the main road through Portals Nous which offers lots of lovely restaurants and bars and best of all no karaoke bars! We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely book the studio again for next year.
