Portals Nous offers the famous exclusive marina. Beautiful location, to enjoy a meal in the evening or to relax over a cappucino in the morning with the newspapers. Puerto Portals is a great location for your holiday. There are numerous golf courses situated locally, Bendinat is on your doorstep.

It is a great place for sitting and relaxing drinking your refreshing glass of dry white wine and people watching
From the apartment you can easily walk to Palma Nova along a paved walkway. Further along the coast is the lively resort of Magalluf. Golfing: Santa Ponsa 1 has a wide gently sloping but demanding course with beautiful scenery and water hazards on five holes. It has been used for the Balearic Open (PGA Tour) on several occasions. Tenth hole, 590m par 5 is one of the longest in Europe. Par: 72 Number of Holes: 18 (6.106m) Green Fees: 1st January 2003 - 65 euros. There are 2 other golf courses in Santa Ponsa and many in the surrounding area. Poniente Golf Course is 5 minutes from the apartment. I have prepared a collection of information on all the golf courses.

Further details indoors: Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there is a safe for your use. The bedrooms are neutrally decorated, both with large dark wooden framed mirrors, air conditioning. The bedrooms offer brand new top quality mattresses Jan 2006. White crisp linen and luxury quality duvets.
The kitchen is brand new 2006. There are two fridges which will keep all your drinks nicely chilled.
The bathroom offers a large bath if you want a lovely relaxing bubble bath, with an overhead shower. All brand new winter 2005. The washing machine is located in the bathroom behind louvered doors. A tropical feel of sea shells adorn the bathroom.
There are new cots, high chair and baby linen available at a rental cost. High quality cleaning between lets. Cleaning and baby sitting during your stay can be arranged at an additional cost. I request that all smokers respect my request of only smoking on the balcony. The apartment has a flat screen TV and is connected to Satellite television.
Further details outdoors: There is a small sunbathing area at the end of the pool. The complex is only 12 apartments, so the pool area is very quiet as many of the residents live and work here.

I am flexible about changeover dates as far as possible depending on dates already booked. Long term winter renters are welcome. The price is 1,000 euros per month plus the electric bill.
The apartment will be ready and waiting for you from 3pm on the day of arrival. Deposits are refundable except for £250 - If you have to change the dates of your holiday, I do try to accommodate wherever possible. Damage Deposit is £250.
Conditions
Changeover day is flexible. For extended winter stays, rates are negotiable. A weekly change of bedlinen and towels (not beach towels) is included for rentals that are a fortnight, the linen is left on site for you. May Bank Holiday's - 5th May and 26th an additional £100. Easter, Christmas, New Year weeks additional £100.

If you prefer, the balance can be transferred two weeks before your holiday commences. If you have to cancel your holiday at anytime, I will try to re-book the dates and return the funds to you, less £100 adminstration fee. I have also re-scheduled dates for my guests. I also take a £250 security/damage bond to protect my apartment. Please bring this with you on arrival in sterling cash and I will transfer this back to you via internet banking, with 10 working days of your return
