This amazingly spacious villa is set in a quiet location with sea view and private pool. The bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, are located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool - great for early morning swim! The main terrace, which is accessed either from the kitchen or lounge, has all the necessary furniture for alfresco living, with magnificent South West views. The large open plan lounge/diner also has steps leading down to the pool terrace.
The lounge has comfortable sofa's, Sky satellite TV, CD and DVD, X Box games console and the dining area has a formal dining table and seating for up to 8 persons. The kitchen has additional dining table for up to 8 persons.
The villa enjoys the sun until the very last moment of the sunset and is only 5 minutes from the fashionable yachting harbour of Puerto Portals, and 10 minutes easy drive into the City of Palma - where the beautiful cathedral in Palma is well worth a visit along with excellent shopping and a fantastic selection of restaurants and nightlife.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
This elegant island has to offer anything a visitor might dream of. The bustle and nightlife of the major resorts contrasts with unspoilt secluded beaches, and stunning scenery, fashionable marinas for the jet-set, and villages like Valdemossa and Deia which are steeped in history, with the cosmopolitan and beautiful City of Palma, including the Cathedral and old Town, being a real gem. In recent years Mallorca has become a celebrity hotspot, with stars such as Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones, Boris Becker, Claudia Schiffer, Michael Schumacher and Peter Stringfellow maintaining residences on the island.
The stunning city of Palma is only 10 minutes by car where you can visit the many historic sites, eat in some of the best restaurants and shop until you drop! Andratx, Deia and Soller are all within 30 minutes drive.
Portals Nous area
The trendy Puerto Portals marina is within walking distance, with designer boutiques and luxury yachts. This luxury marina is the summer capital of Mallorca's jet-set. Celebrities, fashion icons and member's of the Spanish royal family all moor their yachts here in the privileged position on Palma Bay. The marina waterfront promenade has become a place to see and be seen, it offers some of the finest restaurants, cafes and bars on the Island. The closest beach is just a few minutes drive away - Cala Portals Nous. Marineland dolphinarium is just a few walk minutes from this villa and waterparks are 10 minutes drive – fantastic entertainment for all the family!
Golfers are spoilt for choice. In addition to the local Bendinat course, Santa Ponsa, and Son Vida golf resorts are all within 20 minutes drive.
How to get there
Fly to Palma Airport - Costa D'en Blanes is approx 15km from the airport. Cheap flights available from all major low cost airlines (Easyjet, Thomsonfly, Monarch, Mytravel, BMI Baby). Also check out FlyBMI from Heathrow and British Airways from Gatwick if booking well in advance as they also offer good prices.
There are always local taxis available. Fares should be approx 25 euros. The apartment is no more than 15 minutes from the airport by car.
