The villa is in the village of Portals Nous andis set behind electric gates. The four bedrooms (two double and two twin) are located on the ground floor with two of the rooms having direct access to the pool. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and the other two share a bathroom and their is also a guest toilet. The upper floor of the villa has a large open plan dining/ lounge/kitchen area with sea views and terraces for al fresco dining or sunbathing.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Set in the heart of Portals Nous in the South West of Mallorca the villa is ideally situated to explore the island. The stunning city of Palma is only 10 minutes by car where you can visit the many historic sites, eat in some of the best restaurants and shop until you drop! The trendy Puerto Portals marina is within walking distance, with designer boutiques and luxury yachts. Andratx, Deia and Soller are all within 30 minutes drive.
Portals Nous area
Portals Nous is becoming increasingly popular and is known to be a chic re sort for those wanting a luxurious break in the sun. It has an attractive marina, dolphinarium and nearby well-kept golf course, making it a resort popular amongst mainly families and couples. There are a number of smart restaurants around the marina and more along the main street. There is a small sandy beach in resort, but the best and busiest beach is the larger artifical sandy cove next to the marina. Portals Nous lies on the main Palma ring road and Palma Nova - Magalluf highway, making exploring the rest of the island easy. Portals Nous is only 19km from Palma airport and 12km Southwest of Palma city.
How to get there
The airport, Palma San Juan is only 20 minutes from the villa. It is easily reached by a major road route by taxi or hire car. Flights from the UK, Germany and Mainland Spain daily with many budget airlines flying from the UK.

The villa is self catering but we do have a property manager in mallorca who is on hand to handle any queries or provide help if required. We can also offer additional cleaning, chefs and babysitters.
Conditions
50% deposit is required to secure the booking and balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
We will offer discounts for bookings of 4 weeks or more.
