This apartment offers ideal accommodation for a couple plus one extra person (second bedroom is a single) it is totally private, quite, very light and has been totally renovated to a high standard.

It is a penthouse with only one neighbour to one side it has easy access to a pedestrian gate with street level with a lift to further level were there are steps direct onto the beach below.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Port of Portals with international restraurants and designer shopping is not to be missed or just strolling along the pantoons looking at the most amazing superyachts. The island has many golf courses for those that like the sport, perhaps water activities or most of all those that like to chill on the beach! great beach bars for sangria! (not to be missed).

Walkers or cyclists are within 15 mins of easy reach to the mountains were you can sample local tapas in typical Spanish villages which also have market days and fiestas.

The Portals Nous area

Palma city is also easy to reach by local buses or 15 minute taxi ride the outstanding catherdral, shops, tapas, arts, crafts, fish markets are recommended.
