About the home

Beautiful villa in an excellent position. Only 5 minutes from Portals Nous Village with several restaurants and bars to suit your choice. The beach is located only 5 mins away and the famous chic harbour of Puerto Portals is a 5 minutes drive away.
The Villa has a private Non-Chlorinated swimming pool with sunbathing area. Outside dining area with your own Large Spanish bar, BBQ area. Opposite the bar area is a rock waterfall very invigorating. Great for entertaining! You have your own professional gymnasium with a mirrored wall and when too much have a sauna and take a dip in the hot tub to sooth those aches away. The Villa has air-conditioning in every room
Palma airport is only 15 mins away, several golf courses are in area.

In the master bedroom the bed has been hand made and is of emperor size. In other two bedrooms the bed are king size and especially suited for bad back problems. Three bedrooms all have ocean views. Two of them have there own large balcony area with seating.

Palma is 15 minutes by car and airport is only 20 minutes. There are also a number of golf courses within 20 minutes drive including Real Golf Bendinat, Santa Ponsa, Son Vida and Andratx.

The villa is located in the South West of the Island, just 2 minutes from the small giant village of Portals Nous, a selection of bars and restaurants. 5 mins away from the beautiful sandy Portals nous beach and only a 5 minute drive from the famous marina Puert Portals, where you will find some of the finest restaurants that the Island has to offer. The Historic City of Palma with its beautiful Cathedral & many tapas bars is just 10 minutes drive away. There are a selection of sandy beaches just minutes away the nearest is at Portals, but also excellent beaches at Portalls Vells, Illetes & Portals Nous. The Island has 17 golf courses many of which are with easy reach, the nearest is Real Golf De Bendinat where there is an 18 hole course, just 10 minutes drive away is the Golf De Andratx Course.Nearby you can also take diving tuition, fishing trips, hiking, tennis, horse riding etc.
