2bedroom well appointed apartment conveniently located to everything Beach, Shops ,RSL, and the Marina. The unit is on the 1st floor of a 2 storey apartment in a small block of 8 well maintained units. Own designated undercover parking .Also offers a private balcony with north/easterly aspect so you can enjoy the winter sun and summer breezes plus water/park views over Fly Point beach making this property a must to consider for your hoilday.
There is a Queen size bed in the main bedroom with ceiling fan and a Double bed in the 2nd bedroom plus a folding bed.Built in wardrobes for both rooms.

Blankets,Doonas, and pillows are provided but not linen.
Linen packs can be provided for you at a fee if you do not want to bring your own.
Queen Size pack includes linen ,towels , tea towels cost $A30.00/week or $A28.00 for double

This clean comfortable accommodation is suited for couples or a family of 4 or 5 . For those that only need a beach or park, nature or a quite place to read , For those wanting to leave the hustle and bustle of the city llife.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS

More than 30 days prior to booking date will attract a full refund however a cancellation fee of $A55.00 will apply.

Easter and Christmas Holidays period we require 10 weeks notice.

Transferring of the booking to an alternate date may also be considered.

NOTE = There is a DISCOUNT of $30.00 /week if you book for 4 to 8 weeks
