Comfy living room (TV/DVD, woodburner) with lovely outlook over the creek. Upstairs, enjoying the same serene creek views, a double bedroom (5' bed, washbasin); at the back, a neat room with two single beds. Smallish bathroom (suite plus bath-shower). Arrival after 4pm.
