Situated at the top of the slipway with an enviable view down Port Quin inlet, the accommodation sleeps 4 comfortably and comprises a large double bedroom, a twin bedded room, bathroom with bath and shower over, a small but functional kitchen with all appliances and a large lounge/ diner with leather sofas and a woodburner. All rooms have sea views.
Ideal for getting away with all the family as there is a small rocky beach ideal for rock-pooling, swimming and snorkelling. There are kayaking tours from Port Quin as well as coasteering, whilst nearby there is surfing at Polzeath and water sports at Rock. Several golf courses are within a short drive and many fine restaurants close by run by such famous names as Nathan Outlaw, Rick stein and Jamie Oliver.
The Cornish Coastal footpath runs past the property which is situated between Port Isaac and Polzeath.

Situated on the rugged North Cornish coast with its famous golden sand beaches, and the opportunity to do all waterborne sports such as sailing, kayaking, diving, snorkelling, surfing, fishing.
There are fine restaurants run by the likes of Nathan Outlaw, Rick Stein and Jamie Oliver as well as good pub grub, local ales and good local wines (especially the sparkling variety).
Within easy driving is the Eden Project, the Maritime Museum at Falmouth, the Aquarium and Zoo at Newquay and many places of interest.
This secluded hamlet of a handful of properties lies nestled between Port Isaac and Polzeath. The coastal footpath runs directly past the property. Swim, snorkel, kayak, coasteer or fish at Port Quin. Within easy reach are the surfing beach of Polzeath, the water sports facilities at Rock and the golf courses at St. Enedoc and Roserrow. There is fine dining at restaurants run by top names such as Nathan Outlaw, Rick Stein, Jamie Oliver or just good pub grub.
