Converted barn, on a working family farm. Cobble Court would originally been for the working farm horses. Named, Cobble Court, as the cobbles which were the original floor of the building are all now relaid outside of the cottages.
This property has one large double bedroom, with a king size bed and room for a cot if required.
The second bedroom is upstairs and has one single bed plus stow-away second single which can be utilised to cater for two children.
The open plan living area has a well equipped modern kitchen, tiled top extending dining table, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dish washer and washing machine. A large comfortable sofa and arm chair for a relaxing evening.
The shower room is on the ground floor.

Nearby the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac village which is well known for the television series "Doc Martin" this lovely unspoilt village has many private shops, pubs and restaurants, just 5 minutes drive away or can be walked.
The are many walks and coastal footpaths throughout North Cornwall to enjoy. We are ideally situated for exploring Cornwall.
Tintagel with the castle, Boscastle lovely harbour, Wadebridge a popular venue to join the Camel Trail for cycling and walking, Padstow a popular town with many restaurants, boat trips also the National Lobster Hatchery is along the harbour side.
There are many interesting gardens in Cornwall due to the milder climate and National Trust properties, nearest being Lanhydrock all around 30 minute drive away.
