Gingerlilly is a light and spacious villa in a stunning location with amazing views of Admiralty Bay - overlooking Port Elizabeth harbour towards Princess Margaret & Lower Bay beaches. An informal house styled with flair and imagination, comfortably equipped for 8 guests.

The layout of all the rooms look onto Admiralty Bay for maximum views of this beautiful natural harbour.

Comfortably equipped for up to 8 guests. Master bedroom with Super King Size bed, full en suite bathroom with tub, private balcony. Bedroom 2 with Super King size bed, en suite and private balcony. Bedroom 3 Queen bed with en suite & pool terrace. Bedroom 4 Super King bed with en suite & pool terrace.

Large plan Living room, Dining room and Kitchen, opening on a spacious wraparound decking, wonderful for entertaining. Original artwork capturing the Caribbean throughout the house. Enjoying the vibrance of Port Elizabeth which is a popular port for sailing the Grenadines.

Gingerlilly is built high on a hillside overlooking the Port Elizabeth harbour. The house has been designed specifically not to require air conditioning and always captures the wonderful Caribbean breezes. Vaulted ceiling vents allow air to circulate throughout the house at all times. All the bathrooms have been tiled with colourful mosaics to reflect the Caribbean.

Two large double bedrooms have Super King size beds, one with bathtub and private balconies. Further King size bedroom and Twin bedroom with pool side balcony. Double bedroom with pool side balcony. Open plan Living room, Kitchen and Dining Room wonderful for entertaining. The Dining area is double aspect with a courtyard to the rear with BBQ and doors onto decking at the front with lovely views of the bay. The Kitchen area is well fitted with lots of cupboards, dishwasher, large gas cooker, and American style fridge/freezer. The interior is styled to be relaxed and informal. All the rooms are comfortable, well equipped and furnished to a high standard.

Our housekeeper Shirley works 2 days a week. Further housekeeping and catering by arrangement.

Why can't I call Pearl (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pearl (the owner) a message.

If Pearl (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
