The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mild climate all year round, in winter temp about 15-20 C, in spring/autumn between 20-30 C, in summer well above 30 C. Excellent conditions for practicing various sports during the whole year: golf, tennis, hiking, bike riding, etc. Swimming in the sea is usually possible between May and October, although there are some inpatient swimmers that already start swimming in April.
Porreres / Algaida area
There are many good traditional Spanish restaurants in the area, also some other international restaurants available: Italian, Argentinian, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet, this part of the island looks like an oasis of calmness. People are very friendly and open-hearted. In summer, every weekend there are summer festivals in many villages and towns. During these fests it's possible to try local food, home-made delicacies, wine from the local vineyards, and discover the Majorcan culture and traditions.

Further details indoors: The house is very spacious, it has 3 floors with one bathroom on each one. Large, modern and fully-equipped kitchen with lots of room for cooking. Also, 3 living rooms available, one of them has a fireplace with an authentic log fire. The house has a lot of light and gets much sun during the whole day.
Further details outdoors: There are 2 large terraces enabling dining outside the house, sunbathing and relaxing. Each terrace has a set of chairs with a table so that you could enjoy having a breakfast or dinner while taking sun outside the house. Apart from the parking place, there is also one garage available.
