The apartment is approximately 23 m², there is a living area with one sofa-bed and one pull-out bed, a cabin entrance or living area with 2 bunk beds. Furthermore you will find a shower room with toilet (forum side) or bathroom and toilet (sea side), a small kitchen equipped with 4 hotplates, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and electric coffee-maker. There is also a pay phone, television connection and a balcony with furniture (table and chairs).

The surrounding area La Baule: adjoining Pornichet, a famous seaside resort. Guided tours of the site: the Village of Kérhinet, very old cottages restored with typically Brière interiors; the Rozé Site (museum to the wildlife and plants of the marshes, a safari park in a protected nature area of 25 Ha); Maison de l’Eclusier (Lockkeeper's House) - Safari Park - Ile de Fédrun (connected to the Saint-Joachim road by two bridges), the Bride's House and the Brière cottage, Ker Anas, the ducks' "village", Crossac and Herbignac to discover the megaliths, menhirs and dolmens more than 5000 years old.
