Situated in the modern and highly accessible holiday village of Porto Letizia on the north eastern shore of Lake Lugano, this self-catering apartment is perfectly placed for exploring the surrounding lakes and for enjoying the wide range of on-site activities and facilities.
The air-conditioned property is situated to the third floor of the main Palazzo building and benefits from lift access. Internally guests can enjoy use of a modern kitchenette with a gas hob and microwave making it ideal for preparing light meals during your stay and a breakfast table is also provided.
The property boasts a spacious open plan layout with a bright and contemporary living area with a sofa and SAT TV for guest entertainment and a sleeping area with a double bed boasting floor to ceiling windows with views of the mountains and Porto Letizia complex. Additional guests can also be accommodated on the sofa bed to the living area.
From the living and sleeping area two private balconies provide lovely places to enjoy a morning coffee and guests can enjoy the splendid lake views from the ground floor of the Palazzo, in the stylish Panama Cafe Bar and authentic Italian Restaurant.
The newly fitted bathroom is also spacious and modern with a separate wash basin area and a bathroom with bathtub with overhead shower, a WC and Bidet. Onsite laundry facilities and linen hire are available to Porto Letizia guests. For those guests wanting WIFI access this can conveniently be requested at the onsite computer shop.
Porto Letizia offers lake view parkland to enjoy with meandering paths ideal for cyclists, joggers and dog walkers and a beautiful setting for picnics. The resident sandy beach is a great place to relax and sunbathe with a good book and for those wanting to be more active there is a lakefront outdoor swimming pool are tennis courts. For children a fabulous park and mini golf are provided.
From the complex guests can reach the wide variety of amenities in the vibrant town of Porlezza including cafes, gelaterias, shops and supermarkets. A regular bus service runs from the town to Lugano city and to Menaggio on Lake Como. Both destinations can be reached in just 25 minutes by car and offer great days out, with Menaggio providing a picturesque town to explore with ferry service to Varenna and Bellagio and the Swiss city of Lugano providing an excellent choice of boutique designer shops, fine dining, bars, nightclubs and a modern casino for the evenings.
The Lago di Piano is situated between Lake Lugano and Lake Como is the perfect place to cycle and go fishing. Nature lovers can explore the unspoilt beauty of the Lake Lugano mountainside and horse riding can be enjoyed in the Porlezza countryside. Nearby Lake Como activities include Golf, Sailing, power boat hire and quad bike tours.

Cleaning & Linen Charges
Each Porto Letizia property tariff is inclusive of gas, electricity, water & air-conditioning (specifically in the Palazzo Apt's only between July & Aug only), however tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. On arrival, please visit the Porto Letizia Reception Desk where you will be able to collect and pay for your linen & towels, which is EU15 per person, per week & a further EU12 for each week thereafter. The final compulsory cleaning costs are as follows: Studio Apt: EU60 p/wk, 1 Bed Apt: EU70 p/wk, 2 Bed Apt: EU85 p/wk & 3 Bed Apt. or Villa: EU100 p/wk. A cot can be hired for EU20 p/wk and a Dog will cost an additional EU30 p/wk.
Additional Fee (Compulsory)
There is an additional compulsory fee of €4 per adult per night & €2 per child per night when staying in Porto Letizia.
