It is located just outside the beautiful village of Porches and the select blue flag beaches of Praia Nossa, Senhora da Rocha and Praia Nova are within a 4 minute stroll.

It is decorated to a very high standard and has air conditioning and stunning sea & breathtaking countryside views from both balconies.
The apartment is on a new relaxing & peaceful exclusive complex, boasting 3 pools, including a children's pool and a tennis court.

It has a delightful large open plan living/dining area which is very airy and spacious.
There is a luxury modern 3 seater sofa opening into a double bed with matching armchair
There is satellite TV, DVD player & Hi-fi your entertainment.
This is the ideal setting for entertaining and then moving onto either of the two balconies for al-fresco dining and then enjoying the relaxing sunset with a delightful glass of Portugese Rose.

The bedroom is air-conditioned and can be made up to either a double or twin to suit your requirements.
It benefits from fitted wardrobes with ample storage including coat hangers, and a dressing table.
There is also a hair dryer supplied for your convenience.
All bedding and linen is supplied.
A travel cot can also be provided upon request.

The bathroom is well equipped & elegant and has the luxury of both bath and shower, wc, bidet.
There are large illuminated mirrors and ample storage for your toiletries.
Also included are luxurious bathrobes & towels

It has 3 outdoor pools including a children's pool and tennis court.
It also has a club house which serves drinks and refreshments. The clubhouse is currently unavailable but will be up and running again in the future.
There is secure private parking and 24hour security.
This complex is fully landscaped.

This is a delightful tranquil area of the Algarve.
Its central position makes it an ideal base to explore the whole of the Algarve with many places of interest and amenities within close proximity.
There are many activities (sedate or strenuous) such as horse riding, karting, diving, paragliding and many more.
There are many places of interest to visit including aqua parks, marine zoo and historical places which all are within easy reach

This is an ideal location for the golfing enthusiast as there are an abundance of golf courses along the stretch of the Algarve, discount tees can sometimes be arranged subject to availability.

This is your holiday and we want you to enjoy it.
So to thank you for your booking and help get your holiday off to a great start we have provided a complimentary welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water, local wine, beer and bread.
In addition to this toilet paper, washing up liquid, cloths and hand soap have been provided.
Heading to the beach? beach towels, sun shade, cool box, wine cooler, bat and ball and a beach bag are provided for your pleasure and convenience.
This is a non smoking apartment. We are sorry but we do not allow pets.

All linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are provided for use on the beach or pool areas. Maid service is available on request for an additional charge.

Conditions

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A security/breakage bond of £200 is required with the final payment. This will be returned within 48 hours of departure, provided no damage has occurred.

Many a day tripper heads here to the pottery factory to purchase delightful and distinctive blue, green, and turquoise pottery

The village, only a stroll away, has 2 of the best blue flag beaches on the Algarve, often frequented by the rich and famous. These 2 are distinct, whilst one offers restaurant and water sports facilities; the other is set within a rugged cove of its own unspoilt unique beauty, with cliff top walks.

Close by is a fantastic luxury hotel, which offers five-star facilities including a spa and beauty treatments. Also a wide choice of restaurants, bars and supermarket all within walking distance.
Attractions close by. Aqualand, Slide and Splash, Zoo Marine, Boat trips to local grottos, PADI diving, surfing, jeep safari’s, quad bike safari’s, shopping mall, golf courses.

The journey from Faro airport to the apartment is a very direct route by motorway and is approximately a 40 minute drive.
There are plenty of car hire companies at the airport or a shuttle service from the airport is available on request at a reasonable cost.
There are various airlines that offer cheap flights form all major UK aiprorts. Examples are: easyjet, Monarch Airways, My Travel Lite, Jet2.com, BMI baby.

The Apartment is easy to find approx. 35 minute 'relaxed' drive along the Motorway N22 from Faro Airport.

If you are taking your car you have a couple of alternative boat routes:
To a French port such as St Malo or Caen, and drive to Portugal, about 1,100 miles, or ferry/shuttle and motor rail from Paris to Lisbon, or

To Santander or Bilbao, N. Spain: 24-hour crossing and drive to Portugal, about 550 miles.
