This luxury apartment has a spacious living room with dining area, two double bedrooms, one with bouble bed and en-suite, quest bedroom has twin beds with family bathroom, there is a modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The apartment is luxuriously furnished and is complete with air-conditioning, double glazing and shuttered windows. This resort benefits from exclusive on-site facilities comprising three communal swimming pools, including one for children and a tennis court. A clubhouse with reception, snack bar and bar is planned for the near future. All within easy reach of fabulous beaches, local shops, bars and restaurants. This superb apartment has generous living accommodation including a patio and large leisure area to the front.

The Algarve region

The climate is one of the healthiest and most pleasant in the world, comparable with California.
There is sufficient seasonal variation to make the weather anything but boring, but winters are never too cold and the summers never too hot. The skies are predominantly blue all year round.
The Algarve has managed to retain its old world charm and traditional values even although it is an integral part of an ambitious, forward-looking nation, and tourism is its major economic activity. It is both a place to relax and do little or, if you prefer it, indulge your every active recreational interest, much of it outdoors in the clean, fresh air. The region is best known for its spectacular coastline, including scores of beautiful beaches, in the hinterland you will find vineyards, olive, almond, carob and fig trees, rising to rolling hills and the plains of the province of Alentejo beyond.

Areias de Porches Resort is located in the heart of the Algarve with good access to the A22 motorway and the national road network, Faro International Airport is only 40 minutes away. Car hire and Airport transfers available at reasonable cost on request. Armacao de Pera 5 minute drive, lively resort. Albufeira 15 minute drive, lively resort and old fishing town. Vilamoura 25 minute drive, large marina, lively resort, golf. Golf courses 5 within a 15 minute drive. Water park 10 minute drive. Algarve Shopping with its 22 restaurants and a myriad of designer shops and Multi screen cinema 15 minute drive.

There is more than enough private parking to the side and rear of the units. A number of championship golf courses are situated less than a 5 minute drive, these include; Salgados, Pinta Gramacho and Silves, and many more 30 minutes away. We have arranged a 30% reduction on green fees for selected courses. Further details

25% deposit on booking balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days awaiting written confirmation and deposit. A £200 breakage bond is required with final payment, this will be returned within 24 hours of departure, provided no damage has occured.
