The Algarve region
The climate is one of the healthiest and most pleasant in the world, comparable with California. Areias de Porches Resort is located in the heart of the Algarve with good access to the A22 motorway and the national road network, Faro International Airport is only 40 minutes away. Car hire and Airport transfers available at reasonable cost on request. Armacao de Pera 5 minute drive, lively resort. Albufeira 15 minute drive, lively resort and old fishing town. Vilamoura 25 minute drive, large marina, lively resort, golf. Golf courses 5 within a 15 minute drive. Water park 10 minute drive. There is more than enough private parking to the side and rear of the units. A number of championship golf courses are situated less than a 5 minute drive, these include; Salgados, Pinta Gramacho and Silves, and many more 30 minutes away. We have arranged a 30% reduction on green fees for selected courses. 25% deposit on booking balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days awaiting written confirmation and deposit. A £200 breakage bond is required with final payment, this will be returned within 24 hours of departure, provided no damage has occured.
