The Algarve region
We believe that the Algarve is one of the worlds most attractive and congenial holiday destinations. Few areas are over-developed and the coastline, with its golden beaches, is simply magical, mile after mile of it remains completely unspoilt. Just a few miles inland you are in a time warp the roads are greatly improved but otherwise life is much as it has been for centuries. Nature puts on a magnificent show all year round, with unique Mediterranean plants and trees ensuring that the landscape is green throughout the year. Many birds spend winter or summer here and many others pass through on migration routes. Try exploring on a coach trip, a jeep safari or in a hire car. It will probably be the highlight of your stay and you'll understand why so many visitors return year after year. The locals are a little shy initially, the Algarve people are naturally friendly and welcoming. They are, after all, used to travelling themselves - having discovered half the world!

Car hire and Airport transfers available at reasonable cost on request. Armacao de Pera 5 minute drive, lively resort. Albufeira 15 minute drive, lively resort and old fishing town. Vilamoura 25 minute drive, large marina, lively resort, golf. Golf courses 5 within a 15 minute drive. Water park 10 minute drive. Algarve Shopping with its 22 restaurants and a myriad of designer shops and Multi screen cinema 15 minute drive.

Both have stunning views to the patio and beyond. The bathrooms consist of one en-suite and one family. Both spacious and equipped with bath/shower, bidet. The designer kitchen has cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The work surfaces are all high quality granite. The kitchen is complete with toaster, kettle, crockery/pans and cutlery. Large open plan living room with big, comfortable, easy to use sofa bed, dining area. Quality furniture including; dining table and chairs, sideboard, Satellite TV, DVD. Patio doors leading to area overlooking the pool. Marvellous location. All linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis with a towel change midweek.

There is more than enough private parking to the side and rear of the units. A number of championship golf courses are situated less than a 5 minute drive, these include; Salgados, Pinta Gramacho and Silves, and many more 30 minutes away. We have arranged a 30% reduction on green fees for selected courses. 25% deposit on booking balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days awaiting written confirmation and deposit. A £200 breakage bond is required with final payment, this will be returned within 24 hours of departure, provided no damage has occured.
