We bought this apartment because it is convenient, has stunning uninterrupted views over the harbour and the accommodation is inclusive which means that whoever is working in the kitchen area can still enjoy the views and the company of the rest of the party. Biggest attraction point is the balcony but you can see that from the pictures.

The accommodation includes a master and en-suite bathroom. We would like to think that we have included some high end furnishings and fittings to make your stay special.

There is secure underground parking for two cars accessed by remote control gate. There is lift access from both the car park and the main entrance to the apartment.

The apartment is a short walk from the Quay which offers restaurants, bars and shops, you could also go crabbing off the Quay for hours of amusement. (well it amuses me!). There are a tonne of activities to do in the area all of which are conveniently available in a folder in the apartment.

The main attraction is the Balcony overlooking Poole harbour and Brownsea Island. There is balcony furniture so that you can dine al fresco and watch the boats come and go.

To maintain the high standard of the apartment we ask holidaymakers to enjoy but respect the next people who will be using the apartment. If there has been a breakage or issue with any of the apartments equipment we would appreciate it if we are told immediately that way we can deal with the issue for you and before the new people arrive.

We ask for a 20% deposit with booking and the remainder approximately one month before your holiday.

We only take full 7 day bookings for the following dates: Easter, July and August and also Christmas (ie no part week bookings).

We normally take online bookings for Saturday or Sunday as this is when we do the changeover and the meet and greets. If you would like to book the apartment mid week, then please do not book online but request the dates and we will come back to you.

A picturesque part of the country with a wide range of attractions. Dorset has much to offer those of all ages.


Poole is very close to the sea and has Europe’s largest natural harbour so as you can imagine it is well known for all kinds of boating and water sports activities, the night life is vibrant and there is a ton of stuff to do sports and visiting places. There is a polo tournament every year at Sandbanks the only sand polo tournament in the UK its very exciting for the uninitiated to see polo there for the first time.

The daily trips to Brownsea Island and the Cockle trail, which retraces Poole’s history, are maybe less glamorous but great fun none the less.

1000 motorcycles rock up every Tuesday during the summer some of the best custom bikes in the country.

There’s live music on the Quay and various events through the summer to numerous to list.

Had a lovely relaxing time at the apartment. The view was beautiful and it was very quiet. Definitely the best of both worlds as it was a 5 to 10 minute walk to Poole Quay. Apartment was lovely and clean and we felt at home immediately. Definitely will use again.

A beautiful apartment, with superb views. In a great location, only 10 minutes walk into Poole Quay. Every need catered for. Secure parking giving peace of mind when leaving vehicle overnight. Will be returning and would highly recommend this apartment. :)

"Fantastic Uninterrupted Sea Views"

I stayed here for a week with my husband and young daughter of 3 years. I booked this apartment on the strength of other reviews I had read and the pictures on the website. These photos, although very good, do not prepare you for the stunning views from the balcony which hit you when you enter the property.
Every morning, I enjoyed looking out at the sea and because both the kitchen window and the patio doors from the living room look out onto this view, you get to enjoy it wherever you are.
The rest of the apartment is very tasteful and contemporary and we really settled in quick and thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
It's safe, clean, modern and everything we could ask from a holiday home.
I would definately recommend this apartment and will be looking to book again.

"Really great stay"

I have spent many hours reading review sites but until now haven't felt compelled to write one. Having spent a really great week in this flat and seeing the negative review on this site, I felt the time was right to give my opinion! The flat is really spacious, in excellent order and with fantastic balcony views. The short walk into town is great and the proximity to excellent beaches and surrounding attractions is perfect. A trip to Brownsea island from Poole Harbour is a must-beautiful scenary and a chance to truly switch off. I always worry when I see a negative review and many a time have been deterred from booking as a result but it is telling that the first review was in fact nothing at all to do woth the accomodation as the reviewer did not even stay there! My recommendation is if you want a relaxing and very comfortable stay in the Poole area, you'll be hard pushed to beat this choice.

We booked for October but did not even end up being able to stay here.

The owner sent incorrect figures twice requesting payment and wanted to send the keys to the apartment in the mail. We do not have a fixed address (traveling and therefore staying in accommodation around the country). When this posed a problem she informed us that they had double booked and we could not stay, offering to refund 75% of our deposit!
The owner only notified us 10 days before our arrival that we would have to find somewhere else on a busy school break week.

Never written a bad review before. Sorry that I have to now.
I certainly do not recommend this place!

This was unfortunate and frustrating. It can happen where as in this instance a customer makes an enquiry 14 days before arrival and another guest enquires for the same dates. We have to be fair to everyone and our policy rightly or wrongly where it is a short timeline is the first person to transfer funds secures the booking. We did act immediately to advise of the position and refunded ALL funds within 24 hours. We do tend to hold over dates where plenty of notice is given and we only ask for full funds when there is less than four weeks to the arrival.
The apartment has been rented out over 27 weeks this year and we get a lot of e-mails praising the apartment, many of our guests return which speaks volumes.
Were sorry to hear that a potential customer was put to any inconvenience and would reassure anyone looking to book that we have a very clear and organised booking procedure in place.
