Salisbury Plain is a chalk plateau in central Southern England covering 300 square miles (780 km2) It is part of the Southern England Chalk Formation and largely lies within the county of Wiltshire, with a little in Hampshire. The plain is famous for its rich archaeology, including Stonehenge, one of England's best known landmarks. Largely as a result of the establishment of the Army Training Estate Salisbury Plain , the plain is sparsely populated and is the largest remaining area of calcareous grassland in north west Europe. Additionally the plain has Arable land, and a few small areas of beech and coniferous woodland. The plain, and some of the surrounding area, is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument located in the English county of Wiltshire, about 3.2 kilometres (2.0 mi) west of Amesbury and 13 kilometres (8.1 mi) north of Salisbury. One of the most famous prehistoric sites in the world, Stonehenge is composed of earthworks surrounding a circular setting of large standing stones.
Poole area
A visit to Poole should include a visit to “Poole Quay” it retains most of its Georgian Architecture and is complemented by modern and Contemporary Block of Flats and a Marine; The Quay is also part of the commercial workings of Poole Harbour where commercial ship still arrive to offload their cargo, and work continues through the night.
Poole’s vibrant Quay offers numerous places to eat from Bistros, Café and Restaurants to all day Pubs, late night Entertainments, and late night early morning Clubs. A traditional Fish and Chips Bar, a Sea Food Bar, a Candy Floss and Popcorn Bar, a Hog Roast Bar and a Doughnut Bar are all be found opposite the land mark Dolphins Quays Apartment block, these bars are open all year round until late at night.

1. Take Junction 13 of the M3, signposted to Bournemouth M27 West. Follow the M27 westbound the road turns into the A31 passing through the New Forest (Hampshire),Follow signpost for Poole and Cross Channel Ferries towards Poole Town Centre.

Bookings are from 2 days, to include weekends and weekdays.
Check in is between 3pm and 6 pm. check out is at 10 am.
50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The balance of Payment is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
Refundable Damage Deposit of £300 is required; this will be returned approx 7 days after your stay.
Cancellation Policy-Cancellation must be received at least 28 nights prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Where cancellation of the whole or part of a booking is received less than 28 nights prior to arrival, Poole Harbour Holidays reserve the right to charge the full rental. All refund is subject to the accommodation been re-let. No refund will be made for non-arrivals. We recommend that all Guest takeout ‘Holiday Insurance’ in the event of cancellation / non-arrival or unforeseen circumstances.
All rates are inclusive of Linen, Bath Towels and Beach Towels.
Children are welcome age 0 to 12 months and over 10 years.
Cot and High -chair can be provided at an extra cost of £15.

Poole Harbour Holidays is relieved of responsibility for loss or damage to any visitor’s property or accident to any person whist staying at any of their properties, save where it arises solely from negligence on the part of Poole Harbour Holidays.
Vehicles and their contents are left at vehicle owner’s risk.
The proprietor reserve the right to decline accommodation and are relieved from liability should circumstances beyond their control arise.
The Accommodation is Hired to those names appearing on the Reservation Form only.
On Departure Guest are asked to leave the Accommodation clean and tidy, (an extra charge for cleaning will be made) Guest are asked to sign the Guest Book noting any complaints, accidents, damage or broken items.
