The local park, beach and children's' play area is visible from the apartment. The blue flag beaches of Poole at Sandbanks and the National Trust beaches at Studland are a short drive away. Poole is a haven for watersports such as sailing, windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing, waterskiing and wake boarding. Poole Harbour is ideal for birdwatchers of all ages. The apartment would suit those looking for a family holiday including any of these; as a base for walking or cycling or a romantic venue.
We prefer to take bookings over the phone. We chat with all our guests to discuss your requirements prior to sending out booking forms. CARDS (no charge for debit cards) or BACS payments accepted. We do not take cash. We have been letting our properties for a long time using the Holiday Lettings website. However, some guests choose to pay by CREDIT CARD for extra security. Please feel free to discuss with us.
For the comfort and convenience of all our guests, the apartment is strictly no-smoking (including terrace and car park) and no pets.

There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access but unfortunately there is not wheelchair access to either the terrace or the balcony.

The Dorset region
Dorset's attractions are the mild climate, golden sandy beaches, beautiful coastline and countryside. It's weather is favourable, Dorset having amongst the most sunshine hours per year in the UK.
There are the dramatic ruins of Corfe Castle (National Trust), the Swanage Steam Railway, the long sandy beaches of Studland and the fascinating Sandbanks Chain Ferry (single car crossing approx £3) within a short distance. Treat yourself to tea at The Haven Hotel with its consevatory overlooking the entrance to Poole Harbour and the chain ferry.
Spend some time on the beaches of Sandbanks Peninsula, Poole, famous for having some of the most expensive properties in the world. Drop into Jazzy's Cafe (Shore Road) on a Sunday morning and read the papers and people-watch. See the Fireworks Display Summer Thursdays 10pm at Poole Quay.
For those interested in watersports, there is windsurfing tuition available at Whitley Bay, Sandbanks; sailing tuition at Rockley Watersports, Hamworthy, Poole; scuba diving off Swanage and sea fishing trips from Poole Harbour.
Water-skiing, wakeboarding and parasurfing also take place in Poole harbour. Mountain biking is a popular activity in the nearby Purbeck Hills.
Thomas Hardy based his many novels, eg The Mayor of Casterbridge, in Wessex - the Dorset countryside. An interesting read before bedtime!
Poole has 41 miles of cycle network and the various routes cater for all ages and abilities of cyclists.
Brownsea Island, a National Trust property, can be accessed via regular pleasure boat from Poole Quay, where you can also find boats to neighbouring Swanage, Bournemouth and Sandbanks.
Also from Poole Port, regular ferries operate to Jersey, Guernsey and France. Day trips are available.

"Nice enough, wouldn't go back"
The flat itself is a very good size, comfortable and with a lovely balcony. Its a great location within easy walking distance to Poole town centre and close enough to major attractions. The biggest problem is the continual worry over getting the white carpet/furniture dirty. You get a lot of warnings about taking your shoes off every time you go in and are asked to take separate footware just to go out on the balcony. And once you've left, don't expect it easy to get your deposit back. The owner stops responding to telephone calls or emails. So for that I simply cannot recommend this flat

"What an apartment! what a view! What a location!"
The whole experience was excellent. Having been to Poole previously we knew what to expect of the area, and although we had seen pictures of the apartment on the web and thought we knew what to expect we were still wowed by it when we walked through the door. The standard within was excellent and the views were magnificent. The owner (Ruth) was great throughout as was her partner who met us there to let us in. This was our first holiday with our 10 month old daughter and I must say that it really wasn’t an issue as long as you treat the apartment as you would your own property. We had already recommended this apartment to family prior to our arrival (they’re booked to go in September), we won’t and haven’t hesitated to recommend Serenity to other family and friends since returning. Without a shadow of a doubt we will return to Serenity again!

"Serenity it is - amazing views in this luxury and very well located apartment"
When you first arrive at the property the thing that really hits you is the amazing views from the stunning picture windows on all sides. The property itself is true luxury and really well equipped. Location is great with easy access and great parking. This really is a stunning property and comes highly recommended. Ruth provides a great welcome and also a welcoming and easy booking process.

"Beautiful Penthouse Apartment"
We stayed here for my partners birthday. Serenity is a beautiful place with fantastic views made all the more special due to the weather. The only issue we had was that we were worried about spoiling the furniture as everything was white. We were nervous in the kitchen in case we broke anything and worried about marking towels with make-up. Ruth is very helpful and a very nice lady and will help with anything you need - the apartment is made all the more special because of her helpfulness. We would stay again as the apartment is in an ideal location and very peaceul and also beautiful inside. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable, the bathroom very clean - everything was spotless.
