A stylish and light three bedroom town house conveniently located just a few minutes walk to Poole Quay, Poole Town and all its facilities. Recently fully rennovated with some lovely contemporary touches. The property benefits from a narrow courtyard garden area with decked area complete with barbecue for al fresco dining. The Quay, Poole Museum, Poole Pottery, Brownsea Island, local ferries, Poole Park, Poole High Street and shopping centre, numerous wonderful restaurants and bars - these are just some of the activities available in the immediate vicinity.

Two living areas at the front and rear of the ground floor with separate dining area and kitchen located between. A fully fitted kitchen located in the centre of the ground floor with access to a small enclosed courtyard - perfect for a quiet space for breakfast. Cloakroom facility also on the ground floor. Stairs up to the first floor lead to a master bedroom (3ft single beds or zip and link superkingsize double), and a further kingsize bedroom (2ft 6ins single beds or zip and link kingsize double) . Stairs up to the second floor lead to a double bedroom (double bed) and family bathroom (shower over bath, sink, shaving point and toilet). The property has recently been refurbished and has been comprehensively and comfortably furnished.

Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating, 2x 32inch wall mounted Televisions in the living areas, DVD player, DAB Radio and IPOD / IPhone docking station. "disgraceful"

do not book unless you want to spend hours cleaning before you unpack complained and quay holidays sent for owner as she does all her own cleaning cooker microwave beds were not clean and that is what I asked to be redone by owner she was not happy at having to come out and when she was there I noticed on of the plugs didn't work on a double plug was told it was worn and would be ok to use all the door handles were falling off would not recommend to anyone

We're sorry to hear that you experienced issues during your stay and have liaised with the property owner who self-manages this property. The owner was shocked to receive this review as they attended shortly after arrival to ensure all was put right and had explained unfortunately their contractor had attended just prior to arrival and left some mess. The bathroom door handle kept coming loose the owner has now replaced all the handles upstairs. A private mobile number was also provided in case there were any further issues.
