How to get there
This luxury apartment is on the A35 Poole-Bournemouth Road, 1/2 mile east of the Parkstone rail station.
It is readily accessible by car and features private parking.
The outstanding Poole-Bournemouth bus service stops directly across the street.
A "neighbourhood sized" Sainsbury is 2 doors down, whilst a small Tesco is directly opposite.
Also a few doors down is an outstanding Greek restaurant with the area's top Chinese carry-out opposite, as well as a friendly pub and carvery.
A laundry offering full-service or self-service is directly opposite. Whilst a car is not necessary, free off-street parking is provided.

Further details indoors: This wonderful very large two floor apartment features its own private entry and private free car park and, can comfortably sleep 2 adults.
The property is completely smoke-free; smoking of any kind is absolutely forbidden. We regret that we cannot permit pets.
This is a beautiful Grade II* luxury apartment with an enormous bedroom upstairs along with completely remodelled, ultra-modern shower & w/c. The main double bed is super size. Downstairs is up scale entry foyer, gorgeous and luxurious living room and kitchenette. This is also where the sofa will convert to additional double bed sleeping arrangements.
There is FREE wi-fi internet on site, as well as a large, new (2008) wide-screen LCD TV with DVD player. There is a nice selection of DVD's to entertain, and also a CD player.
To note: Children are welcome with payment of a fully-refundable security damage deposit of £250 due to the antiques and other high-value furnishings. A full service laundry facility is across the street.
While there is a TV for the DVD player, there is no receiver for TV stations. There are additional sleeping mattresses with 2 portable double beds (cots), and the double sleeper sofa. Wi-Fi is on property, but signal strength can not be guaranteed throughout the apartment. There are an abundance of most required serving dishes.
While there is an electric hob, refrigerator and microwave, presently there is not a proper hot water heater at the kitchen for washing up. The kettle will suffice for sterilizing food utensils. The wonderful array of many fine food establishments within walking distance may make this a non consideration.

Guests are asked to respect the close proximity of the apartment to the church which has regular services.
