BookThe West Country / Dorset region
Poole harbour is the largest natural harbour in Europe. Poole has held the highly coveted international blue flags for the past 19 years. This indicates the beaches have consistently met high standards of management and cleanliness. Poole has 6 sandy beaches; Sandbanks, Shore Road, Flag Head Chime, Canford Cliffs, Branksome Chime and Branksome Deane Chime, all adjacent to each other along the southern shoreline. Wardens regularly patrol the seafront throughout the year.
Sandbanks beach is naturally beautiful with its golden sands and is designated by the EC as one of the few areas in the country which has achieved the highest standard of cleanliness.

The flat fitted our requirements perfectly for a short break to attend a wedding locally and catch up with family. Flat was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Very central location in Poole with parking space for the flat made travel easy. |

We had a brilliant holiday in Poole Quay. The apartment was very well located with direct access to the town and right on the quay which kept the children entertained watching the boats. The amenities were everything we needed - good shower, dish washer, washing machine and a good TV which was important as we were there for the first week of the Olympics! Beds comfortable and everything clean and tidy. Loads to do with young children in the area - our highlights were Junior Go Ape at Moors Valley, Poole Sea Safari, RNLI College Discovery Tour, beach at SandBanks, Corfe Castle and a meal out at a local Italian (Da Vincis I think) that had great food and very friendly to the kids. Dawn was really helpful in arranging the week. All round great holiday. |

Stayed here for a week June 2012, apartment is on the harbour side with views over to brownsea island and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable with everything you'd need for a self-catering holiday. This apartment was clean and very well kept, and was exactly as depicted on the web site. After a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday we will be looking to return soon. Phil & Pat Williams Aylesbury |
