A lovely two bedroom first floor apartment conveniently located just a few minutes walk to Poole Town and all its facilities. A recently renovated apartment (one of four in purpose built block with communal entrance). Situated on a development popular with holidaymakers and with the convenience of many activities just a short walking distance. The Quay, Poole Museum, Poole Pottery, Brownsea Island, local ferries, Poole Park, Poole High Street and shopping centre, numerous wonderful restaurants and bars - these are just some of the activities available in the immediate vicinity.
Communal entrance with stairs up to private front door leading into the living/dining area. From the living room, there is a balcony with views towards the harbourside and Brownsea. A fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and microwave. There are two bedrooms (Double and twin). Modern family bathroom (bath with shower over). The property has recently been extensively redecorated throughout and has been comprehensively and comfortably furnished.
Parking:- There is one dedicated parking spaces and further (first come first served) visitors parking.
Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating, Television, freeview facility, DVD / CD player. Gas Hob, Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave. Hairdryer.
Restrictions:- No smoking. Pets not permitted. Minimum stay is 2 nights. Available on request (charges apply):- Travel cot (and linen), Highchair. Internet grocery orders can be made prior to arrival. No stag or hen parties unless agreed prior to confirmation of a booking.
Prices from £185 for a low season two night stay to £700 per week during high season.

Marina View is situated in a quiet residential area of Poole and is an ideal bsae for exploring the surrounding area. immaculately cleaned throughout with very good attention paid to higher and lower level surfaces which were dust free. The welcome tray is a delightful surprise for guests on arrival and the bottle of wine provided. The apartment has been furnsihed to a high standard and comfortable leathering seating is provided. A wide range of appliances are provided in the kitchen. Pristine Egyptian Cotton Linen on all the beds.
