A beautifully refurbished three-storey town house located in Poole's historic Old Town. It is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from numerous restaurants and bars, the main shopping area, and just a minute's walk from the Quay with all its activities.

This four bedroom property has been beautifully furnished throughout with modern bathrooms and fittings. It is fully equipped with a large flatscreen TV, DVD / CD Player, Sky television facility and broadband facility. On the ground floor there are two living areas, one with open plan kitchen which boasts a fridge / freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and is comprehensively equipped. There is a separate utility room to the rear of the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer and a further cloakroom.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor - the master bedroom (Superkingsize double) with ensuite (bath with shower over, toilet and sink) and two further bedrooms (Superkingsize Double and a Zip and link Twin/superkingsize Double). The family bathroom (whirlpool Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, sink and toilet) is also located on this floor. Steep stairs lead to the fourth bedroom (Kingsize Double) on the second floor.

Parking:- There is a parking permit for the nearby multistorey car park (located at the end of the street).

Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating, Flat screen TV with DVD / CD player, Sky television facility, Telephone and Broadband facility. Dishwasher, Oven and Hob, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Washer / Drying Machine. Hairdryers.

Restrictions:- No smoking. Pets permitted. Minimum stay is 2 nights. Available on request (charges apply):- Travel cot (and linen), Highchair. Z-bed (with linen). Internet grocery orders can be made prior to arrival. No stag or hen parties unless agreed prior to confirmation of a booking.

Prices from £300 for a low season two night stay to £1200 per week during high season.

Traders View is situated in a quiet residential area of Poole and is an ideal base for exploring the area. The house has been furnished to a high standard with modern and period furniture. Excellent beds are provided and they are dressed in Egyptian cotton linen. A large kitchen is provided with high quality cupboards and a wide range of appliances. Excellent welcome and arrival procedures are in place where the guests collect the key from the agency. Complimentary bottle of wine and Dorset produce is laid out which enhances the first impression. High levels of cleanliness were generally noted throughout.

Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman's Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors' marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice.

From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.

"Great central location"

"Good Position for Town"

The property is better inside than out. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare if there is a second car which is very likely considering the size of the accom. Two permits would be better than one!Basic… More

Thanks for your feedback, we're glad you enjoyed your stay. This one is a character period property with stripped wood floors on the ground floor so quite hard wearing. We've passed on your recommendation to the property owner for further permits to be made available, extra parking is available but at the guest expense currently.
