There is a separate dining room, fitted kitchen with built in appliances, utility room, downstairs cloakroom, shower room, family bathroom and a landing area with seating to allow you to enjoy the spectacular coastal views and we also offer a double sofa bed in this area.
There is off road parking for several cars, central heating, double glazing and linen is provided.

The property is located above and behind a pedestrian promendade on Sandbanks beach. There is a short private path that leads to the beach (shared by other residents) and the views from the house are spectacular all year round.
The house has an entrance hallway with a downstairs w/c and shower room, this then leads into the lounge which has a doorway opening onto the sun terrace which has spectacular direct beach front views. The dining room is separate from the lounge and has direct beach front views.. The kitchen is separate and has a range of worksurfaces with wall and base units, oven/hob,dishwasher and the utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board etc..There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has a double bed, wardrobe, wash hand basin and the other has twin beds, wash hand basin and wardrobe.
Upstairs there is a beautiful landing area with seating to enable you to enjoy the wonderful views, and it is also a great place for children to play and we can offer a double sofa bed here. There is a door to a balcony and there are two further bedrooms on this floor, the master bedroom with wash hand basin, wardrobes and another twin room with wash hand basin and wardrobes. The family bathroom has a w/c, wash hand basin, bath with hand shower attachment and storage.
The driveway for parking is to the front of the property and there is room for several vehicles and if required there is room for a boat.
Further details outdoors:
There is a door from the lounge onto a terrace where a barbeque is offered together with outside seating to enable you to enjoy the wonderful direct beachside views. From the terrace there is a short private path which leads to the beach, this pathway is accessed by other residents also.
To the front of property there is a driveway which can provide off road parking for several vehicles.
Just a short walk away is a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. There is also a childrens play area at Sandbanks beach together with mini/crazy golf.

This is a fabulous choice for a beach holiday and is the perfect choice for family gatherings.
Conditions
We would require 1/3 of the total cost of the holiday to be taken at the time of the booking for a deposit to secure your holiday dates, the balance outstanding will be invoiced 8 weeks prior to your stay.
We would ask for £100 refundable damage/deposit to be paid with the outstanding balance and this will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the property subject to all being well.
The West Country / Dorset region
This is a wonderful area to visit as there are so many things to see and do and there is something for everyone.
There are many places of interest in the region including the old town of Poole, the cosmopolitan town of Bournemouth, Christchurch, Dorchester and the beautiful New Forest.
The coastline is beautiful and offers many different kinds of watersports, there is a Zoo, Monkey World and theme parks for the children, a motor museum for all to enjoy and wonderful castles to explore.
The New Forest offers cycling and walking opportunities and wonderful chocolate box villages to enjoy.
Yyou can go across from Sandbanks on the famous chain ferry and then maybe visit Poole Qiuay, museum, see the Sunseeker boats, take a boat trip to Wareham or just experience the lovely old town.
The Poole area
The area is well known for its choice of watersports, cycling, walking and for its historic places of interest.
There is a Zoo to visit, monkey world and theme parks for the children to enjoy.
The area has 7 miles of beautiful sandy beaches and wonderful coastlines to explore.
