A beautiful apartment situated on the Harbour Reach development just south of Poole lifting bridge with lovely views across the water towards the Purbeck Hills. Located just 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities.
Lift to the third floor. Spacious hallways to front door. Open plan Lounge / Dining Room leading to a large balcony with views towards the marina. Comprehensively equipped throughout. Fully fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances. Master Bedroom (kingsize) with Ensuite (shower cubicle, toilet and sink), 2nd Bedroom (Twin) and family bathroom (bath with shower over, toilet and sink).
Parking:- Two reserved parking spaces in the development's own secure car park.
Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating, TV. DVD / CD player. Broadband facility. Dishwasher, Electric oven / Gas hob, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Washer / Dryer, Hairdryers.
Restrictions:- No smoking. Pets Permitted. No stag or hen parties unless agreed prior to confirmation of a booking.

Islands is situated in a well maintained complex of apartments on the outskirts of Poole. The apartment has an excellent secure underground car parking and it is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. An excellent welcome and arrival procedure is in place where the guests collect the key from Quay Holidays office. A welcome tray of local Dorset beverages and biscuits are laid out to enhance the first impression. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with modern bathrooms and kitchen. A wide range of kitchen appliances are provided for the guests to use. Excellent memory foam mattress in the double bedroom and tall the beds are dressed in pristine Egyptian Cotton linen. The apartment was cleaned to a high standard despite being occupied [at the time of inspection].

Just 10 minutes' walk from Poole Quay via Poole's historic lifting bridge, Hamworthy is a quieter, predominantly residential area and Harbour Reach is the latest example of regeneration in this convenient location.
The development offers some of the prettiest views of the natural harbour with Poole Yacht Club in the foreground and a wonderful vista across the harbour, to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills beyond. Located close to Cobb's Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.

"Comfortable Flat with lovely views."
Enjoyed a weeks holiday here. The flat was very nice, it has lovely views, is quiet, and well situated for Poole town centre (approx 10 mins walk), and also for visiting other parts of Dorset. Felt the management was poor when we had a problem accessing the garage/parking for the flat on arrival, as the fob we were given didn't work, niether did the manual access code. We arrived on a Saturday and the problem was not resolved until Wednesday afternoon, after several phone calls and trips backwards and forwards to the office. Fortunately we worked out a way to get our cars in, which wasn't ideal, but this wasn't through any assistance from the letting agency, who were very apologetic but not much help. There is nowhere close to park, so had we not done what we did it would have been a real problem and expensive. It did spoil our holiday as it restricted any trips we wanted to do. But other than that everything else was fine.
We are glad you enjoyed the apartment and apologise again for the problem with keys. Unfortunately the previous guest had dropped the garage fob down the lift shaft and we had to obtain an alternative via the Landlord who had problems with the block managers sending this to her. In the meantime, we did try to offer an alternative spare from another property but unfortunately this was faulty. The Landlord has now arranged for us to have several fobs so this instance should not occur again.
