This property has a very comfortable feel to it and it has been very successful and a favourite of many guests in previous years.
Offering a spacious lounge/diner with doors opening onto a terrace/patio area with fabulous direct sea views. There is a separate kitchen with a door opening onto the terrace area.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor each with twin beds and then there is a twin bedded room on the ground floor. Two folding guest beds are available to offer the accommodation to a group of 10. A family bathroom is situated on the first floor with a separate w/c and a separate w/c is also offered on the ground floor.
There are amazing views from all of the rear windows and lots of outside space to sit to in which to enjoy them from.
We welcome your well behaved dogs.
We would just mention that there are steps leading down to the property from the driveway which are unavoidable and which are steep and uneven and care needs to be taken.
There are also steps and uneven surfaces leading down to the jetty area.

Outside furniture is provided to allow you to sit and take in the amazing views from this prime position.
There is a balcony from the upstairs bedrooms and a terrace garden with steps leads down to the jetty area.
Linen and towels are not provided, however, duvets, blankets and pillows are provided.
We can arrange for the hire of bed linen and towels if this is helpful.
There are two folding guest beds available free of charge to enable a group of 10 to sleep at the property.
A cot is available in the master bedroom free of charge
We would require a non refundable deposit of £250 at the time of booking.
Our guests would then be invoiced for the balance due 8 weeks prior to their stay

This is a wonderful area to visit as there are so many things to see and do and there is something for everyone.
There are many places of interest in the region including the old town of Poole, the cosmopolitan town of Bournemouth, Christchurch, Dorchester and the beautiful New Forest.
The coastline is beautiful and offers many different kinds of watersports, there is a Zoo, Monkey World and theme parks for the children, a motor museum for all to enjoy and wonderful castles to explore.
The New Forest offers cycling and walking opportunities and wonderful chocolate box villages to enjoy.
The Poole / Poole Harbour area
The area is well known for its choice of watersports, cycling, walking and for its historic places of interest.
There is a Zoo to visit, monkey world and theme parks for the children to enjoy.
The area has 7 miles of beautiful sandy beaches and wonderful coastlines to explore.
