A beautiful one bedroom house located in the Harbourside Park area of Poole, just a five minute walk to the quay front and its many wonderful restaurants, bars. Lander also benefits from a landscaped decked patio area ideal for alfresco dinning. A well presented house with a lovely garden, water feature and mood lighting, waiting for you to enjoy!

The house has all the facilities that you require and with a very well equipped kitchen. The bathroom has an extra deep bath with rainfall shower. King size bed . There is dedicated private parking.

The West Country region

The West Country has wonderful clean sandy beaches with a beautiful coastline and countryside that will take your breath away.

Lander is close to Sandbanks and Studland beach. It is close to the beautiful city of Bournemouth, the town of Swanage and Corfe Castle. The New Forest is also close by. The region has an excellent central base to holiday and explore the English heritage.


Poole has a wonderful harbour. It is the second biggest natural harbour in the world after Sydney. It is also a great base to explore the Jurassic coast and the Purbeck.

The quay is bustling and has a fabulous selection of restaurants and alfresco dinning. There are several Museums.

Close by there is an Indoor sports centre with swimming pool, a lovely park and boating lake. There is also an undercover shopping centre and much more ... all in walking distance of Lander!

"Perfect Getaway"

Stayed at Lander in September - we were unlucky with the weather but very lucky with our choice of accomodation. An excellenty equipped house, beautifully presented and very comfortable. We would definately reccommend and hopefully return soon ourselves.

"The best self-catering accommodation we have ever rented"

This accommodation is for two adults, and is very well equipped. We had two weeks of extremely wet weather, but found no problem staying in as we were so comfortable.
The location is good, and we found that parking in Sainsbury's (public) car park gave us easy access with our wheelchair to the High Street shops and Dolphin shopping Centre.
Good value for money.
