A beautiful three bedroom house, sleeping up to five persons within a few minutes walk of Poole Quay, the Town and all its facilities. The Quay, Poole Museum, Poole Pottery, Brownsea Island, local ferries, Poole Park, Poole High Street and shopping centre, numerous wonderful restaurants and bars - these are just some of the activities available in the immediate vicinity. And instead of a short 10 minute drive to the beaches why not use the local ferries from Poole Quay?

The property has been beautifully refurbished including a stunning new kitchen and offers high quality accommodation throughout. It is comprehensively equipped including freeview and broadband facilities. The first floor lounge area benefits from a balcony area with protective sun canopy and a newly refurbished kitchen, comprehensively equipped. On the ground floor a twin bedroom (2x 3ft singles) and family bathroom (walk-in shower cubicle, sink and toilet). Living/dining accommodation and separate kitchen on the first floor. Up to the second floor a master bedroom (kingsize double) and further single bedroom. Family bathroom with bath with shower facility over, sink and toilet. There is a patio garden to the rear.

The West Country / Dorset region

Dorset (in the past it was often referred to as Dorsetshire), is a county situated on the South West coast of England, bordering the neighbouring counties of Devon, Hampshire, Somerset and Wiltshire. The Poole area

Poole is a great place to visit at any time of the year. Our harbour is the second biggest natural harbour in the World, after Sydney, and whether you are by it, on it, or in it, it’s a stunning sight! Poole is also a great base for exploring the Jurassic Coast and the Purbecks to the East, and Britain’s newest National Park, the New Forest, to the West.

Poole is the place to come for outdoor activity. We have wind-surfing schools, kite-surfing, kayaking tours, fishing excursions, Brownsea Island, and some of the best sandy beaches in Europe – all on our doorstep! And for those who fancy stretching their legs with a post-lunch stroll try the South-West Coastal Path, which starts right here!

The Georgian Old Town and Quay offer a great variety of food and drink, with excellent bars and restaurants offering a huge choice of cuisines, and most of our properties are within a comfortable walking distance.
