The house is an established holiday property and has been recently redecorated (2013) to provide a fresh and comfortable living space. This property offers a good size master bedroom (king size bed) with an en-suite bathroom (bath/shower combination) and direct access to private balcony and views, second double bedroom (king size beds) located on the 2nd floor and a good size twin room (1st floor); all rooms with generous storage space. The lounge area also with private balcony with sea views is also on the 1st floor next to the main family bathroom (bath/shower combination). The ground floor offers an open plan kitchen and dining area (seating for 6) with access to a private patio with ample seating for relaxing and eating allowing you to enjoy the sunshine, the balconies also offer bistro table and chairs. W.C. available on ground floor. Off road parking is available (garage space for a small car and additional space in-front of garage).

This property has a complimentary Basic Starter Pack which includes: washing up liquid, J-cloth, general surface cleaner, bleach, toilet roll, kitchen roll, black and white bin liners.

If you wish to upgrade to a Standard or Deluxe Welcome Pack please select the option on your booking form. A Standard Welcome Pack includes all of the Basic Welcome Pack plus tea bags, coffee sticks, sugar sticks and milk (UHT) and the Deluxe Welcome Pack includes all of the Standard Welcome Pack plus decaf coffee sticks, sweeteners, laundry tablets, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Our Shopping Service is charged at £30.00 inclusive of VAT or 25% + VAT of all bills over the value of £100.00 - we can take your list to your preferred supermarket, purchase everything on your behalf and deliver it your holiday apartment, so it will be packed away and ready for your arrival. We also offer deluxe hampers if you're looking to celebrate a special occasion or treat someone you love - please enquire for more details.

This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. Please note - this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only - we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups/people under 25 years of age.

Please note this property is NOT suitable for children under 5 years of age or those with mobility restrictions as there are no lift facilities.

Optional extras available include midweek linen change and extra towels.

Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £450.00 is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.

The Dorset region

Dorset is a very popular holiday destination all year round. It offers beautiful rolling countryside and the Purbecks. Bournemouth with its award winning beaches and The New Forest nearby. Southampton, Salisbury and Stonehenge are all within reasonable travelling distance. Bournemouth has excellent facilities for the tourists and the town and has a lovely calm multi-racial community.

About 30 minutes drive is Monkey World, and very close by both Poole and Bournemouth offer a huge selection of attractions and places of interest to visit. Water sports are popular in the area and the beaches of Studland, Sandbanks and Bournemouth are just beautiful.

You can choose each day to relax and soak up the sun and perhaps some swimming in the lovely clean sea or go sightseeing. Local connections are good the apartment is supplied with plenty of information about the local area.

Poole

Poole is a tourist resort, attracting visitors with its large natural harbour, history, the Lighthouse arts centre and Blue Flag beaches. The town has a busy commercial port with cross-Channel freight and passenger ferry services. The headquarters of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) are located in Poole, and the Royal Marines have a base in the town's harbour.
