A secluded rustic haven for family & friends. This beautiful traditional Breton farm in 3 acres is situated at the end of a private lane, in a tranquil rural location, it's an idyllic cycle ride to the boulangerie & numerous beaches.
Surrounded on all sides by fields, the house which sleeps 8-10 people in four bedrooms is an original detached Breton farmhouse, thought to date back to the French Revolution. There are two magnificent granite fire place and two wood burning stoves as well as full oil fired central heating.
The village of Nevez is only a few minutes drive as are the local beaches; Pont Aven is 10 minutes away and Concarneau no more than 20 minutes.

Highly accessible from the UK this wonderful corner of France is hugely charming. Wonderful beaches, restaurants, markets, historic town and loads to do for the whole family.
Pont-Aven / Nevez area
Pont Aven is well known as a popular artists community home of the wayward Paul Gaugin. This region is also famous for its oysters, allegedly the best in the world................say nothing of the wonderful cider and crepes.
How to get there
Flybe to Brest (50mins, cheap fares) hire a car at teh airport. Ferries to St Malo, Roscoff, Cherbourg or Caen.

Further details indoors: Kervec is a charming old world property with stone walls 3 feet thick and two huge granite fire places. The Old Dairy is a rebuild of the dairy which stood on the same site.
The farmhouse has three bedrooms whilst the Old Dairy sleeps 2/3 in chic contemporary style in a galleried bedroom over the sitting room.
Further details outdoors: Surrounded by three acres of flat garden including a croquet lawn, there's plenty of space for running around, playing badminton and cricket.
The beaches are close at hand. One of our favourite things is to fill a flask with coffee and head to the beach for breakfast grabbing a few pastries as we go...magic!
Bicycle are available to rent at the end of the lane (walking distance) and there's a whole world of watersports, golf and tennis close -by.
