Pompeiana is a romantic Italian village, situated on the terrace of a hill overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in a distance of 1 km. From Villa Beatrice you can reach by foot all the necessary facilities for your daily life; so you can find in Pompeiana a grocer, baker, farmacy and 2 small restaurants. The area offers a lot of leisure opportunities all year round; it is a paradise for those who love the mountains and the sea. You have the possibility for playing golf (Castellaro, San Remo) swimming , diving , sailing ( Marina degli Aregai in St.Stefano , 3km distance) horse riding in Pompeiana, playing tennis (Pompeiana), mountain biking and walking. There is also the chance to have language courses in San Remo (15 min.by car)

Further details indoors: In the first floor Villa Beatrice has two sleeping rooms ( with spacious wardrobes), one of it with seaview and marble bathroom,, one with direct access to the small pool and ensuite marble bathroom . In the second floor you find the living room with open fire place,(sea view), the dinig room with phantastic sea view, the very well equipped Bulthaupt kitchen with granite, - also sea view - and the roofed terrace room with open fire place that allows also in winter al fresco dining. In the ground floor there is an extra room with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironer.
Further details outdoors: Villa Beatrice has several sunny terraces with fantastic sea-views. One on top of the house with 360° view on the Mediterranean Sea and the hills; One in front of the living-rooms with a giardino pensile and a lot of mediterranean plants, and a patio with a small pool in front of one of the bedrooms. Furthermore it offers a wonderful roofed terrace with an open fire-place that allows also in winter al fresco dining. There are exquisite deckchairs on all terraces.
