Home description
A newly build villa (August, 2005) in Paphos district area, near Polis. A romantic, private beach villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Surrounded by lemon trees, mango and avocado trees. Great sea and mountain view. Just 1 minute walk to the nearest beach at Pomos harbour. There you can enjoy fresh fish. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking!
The villa has a private 'L' shape swimming pool with roman steps (4x9m), 8 wooden sun beds and 4 umbrellas are also available as well as 8 wooden chairs and 2 wooden tables. There is a big backyard with 8 chairs and 2 tables (under the lemon trees) which is suitable for children to enjoy their play safely.
There are 2 double very romantic bedrooms with build beds and long curtains covering them. It has a sea view balcony with 4 wooden chez long chairs where you can relax and enjoy your drinks watching the sunset. In the lounge there is a build fireplace, 3 double and 1 triple sofa, 2 coffee tables (sittings for 12 pers.)

The Paphos District
-Pomos is set in the agricultural area known as “Tillyria” and the road from Pomos leads to the northern Turkish occupied area of Cyprus. It is just 400 metres from “Pachyamnos beach” which was made famous by Lawrence Durrell in his book “Bitter Lemons”.
Pomos village is a small tranquil village, where you will discover one of the last remaining unspoilt areas of Cyprus, with just 3 small tavernas, a local supermarket and bank. Just a minute walk from the villa you will find Pomos point where the fishing harbour of “Kanali” is situated and you can enjoy the local fish Meze or the locally caught fish of the day in the restaurant of the same name. You can also swim and fish there if you like. The beaches from Polis up to and beyond Pomos are completely unspoilt by tourism.
Pomos area
There are many places to visit on the island, the nearest being Pathos. It is actually two towns, each with its own character; Ktima on the cliff and Kato Paphos by the sea, two kilometres down the road. Swimming in the bay's deep, clear waters is good. The coastline to the north is peppered with small sandy coves but the area's best beach is a 15 minute drive away at Coral Bay. Paphos is an ideal centre from which to explore this region of wild coastline, unspoilt hillside villages and natural beauty.
Coral Bay is a 15 minutes drive to the north of Paphos , the best natural beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas set apart from one another above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze, the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely and, in the busier months, water sports on offer include pedaloes, water skiing, banana boats, wetbikes and windsurfing.
Close by the Bay you will find four large hotels, banks, minimarkets for provisions and souvenirs, bars, restaurants and other shops and, for casual alfresco meals, a couple of tavernas/snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay which is open during the day. More tavernas and local shops are a short drive away.

Further details indoors: There are 6 air-conditioning units covering the whole area of the villa. There is an iron and an ironing board, 4 hair dryers and a local mobile phone with local number (on request). An internet connection can be provided on your request (extra charge).
There is a digital satellite, a 28''TV and many DVD movies for your entertainment. You can watch action, romantic, horror films and cartoons. In the kitchen there is also a toaster, a tea and coffee maker a mixer and salt & pepper. There you can find a First Aid Kit and a fire fighting extinguisher. There are 2 smoke detectors covering the two floors of the villa.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The bedroom downstairs has a double bed and its own bathroom. One of the rooms upstairs has a double bed and its own bathroom. The other room upstairs has two single beds and a sea view balcony. There is one more room, which has two single beds, and a common bathroom with the bedroom mentioned before. The one bedroom upstairs has en-suite facilities with WC, a shower and a washbasin. There is another common bathroom upstairs with WC, a bath and a washbasin. The room downstairs also has en-suite facilities with WC, a washbasin and a shower. Downstairs there is a cloakroom with WC and a washbasin.
Further details outdoors: Outdside the villa there is a big yard, 8 wooden sunbeds, 8 wooden chairs and two wooden tables. An outdoor heated jacuzzi and spa with sea view is offered (capacity: up to 6 persons).

Conditions
Notes to the rental rates Prices are for 1-9 persons occupancy. The prices include all local taxes and expenses of the villa. Air-condition use is optional and is charged 3.00 CY pounds per day, per unit. A cot can be provided for an extra person for a fee of 35.00 EUR per adult per day and for children 20.00 EUR per child per day.
The Villa will have free wireless internet connection so you could bring your lab top with you.
Maid service is provided once a week and is included in the rental rates. For mid-week maid service there is an extra charge of 30.00 eur.
Booking policy: A non refundable deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of firm reservation. If the arrival is more than three months from booking time and you will rent the villa for 14 days, instead of the deposit of 30%, you may alternatively pay 10% at the time of reservation and the other amount (20%) to be paid 3 months before your arrival.
You can send the deposit by banks transfer (for that we can send you our banks account) or by Credit Card (Master Card or Visa). The balance can be paid the first or the second day of your arrival at the villa by cash or by visa. Preferred by cash. If credit card is used for the payment a 2% administration fee will be added.
If the 70% balance amount will be paid 3 months before arrival by banks transfer you have a 5% discount in that amount. If you wish to pay the full amount by banks transfer from the time of reservation we can make you a 5% discount in this full amount.
