Sunset Resort is a unique resort on the Black Sea Coastline. Situated in the town of Pomorie, its a luxurious combination of accommodation within carefully designed architectural buildings, and outdoor space of pools and private attractions.
The luxury designed five-star Sunset Resort comprises of 5 apartment hotels and 6 deluxe waterfront villas, on a total built up area of 115 000 sq.m. The four outdoor swimming pools offer various water attractions and include two pool bars, all expanding on a total area of more than 3 500 sq.m.

The resort is ideally placed being only 10 minutes north from Burgas Airport, 20 minutes north from Burgas city, 15 minutes south of the historical UNESCO recognised Old Town of Nesebar, and 20 minutes south of the centre for tourism on the Black Sea Coastline, Sunny Beach.

The apartments are available in each of the 5 main buildings of the resort...Alpha,Beta,Sigma, Delta, and Eta. Photo's of the interiors can be sent in most cases. The majority are supplied with the Gold or Silver furniture packs, supplied by the resort. The larger apartments, typically have washing machines included. In the living room area for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments there are sofa beds, that converts into a double beds that is suitable for one adult, or two children.

The apartments are air conditioned.

Lounge
Gold and silver furniture packs. In some cases the owners own furniture, photo's available. Sofa bed. Curtains,ceiling and wall lights and pictures,tiled floor.

Door from the lounge area to the balcony, some apartments have fantastic sea and resort views.


Master Bedroom

King size bed with good quality mattress and headboard,bed cover and throw,tiled floor, bedside lockers with drawers and lamps.

Kitchen

Fitted Floor and wall units with shelves. Built in plunge sink with side plate stand. Built in oven with glass hot plates,air extractor,fridge-freezer,dishwasher,toaster,coffee maker, microwave,crockery and cutlery for 4.

Bathroom

All bathrooms are well proportioned, and finished to a luxury standard.The bathrooms typically consist of one shower , a bath with shower facility , single or twin wash basins set in marble surround fully tiled with toilet. Both shower facilicities are power showers , the shower head turns to give different effects.,hot towel rail,hot water tank.

Hall

Large wardrobe with iron and board,framed mirror,wall and ceiling lights,tiled floor.

There are a number of outside pools available to use, the largest has a lazy river surrounding it and water slide.
There is also a indoor heated pool with slide.

Spa treatment area that covers over 1000m2 in the basement floor of building Sigma.

The Black Sea Coast region

Old Pomorie is less than five minutes from Sunset Resort. It's land extends out into the sea to form a peninsula, and it's possible to stroll all the way round it. Old Pomorie is a traditional Bulgarian coastal town. It was similar in appearance to the historic towns of Nessebar and Sozopol up until the early part of this century when a huge fire destroyed the majority of its wooden houses. Although there are still some examples.

The Pomorie / Sunset Resort area

Go shopping in Bourgas 20 minutes away. It's the second largest coastal city in Bulgaria, and the fourth largest in total. Bourgas has open air cafe's and restaurants, quality shops, pedestrian streets, and an attractive and relaxing sea garden area that leads to Bourgas beach.

Sunset Resort is situated in New Pomorie, Old Pomorie is approximately 2km further down the road. Pomorie has a more relaxed ambiance than for instance Sunny Beach. It still has many tourists , but there is a more traditional feel about the town as there is still a high proportion of locals to tourists. Old Pomorie is an attractive area to walk through especially down its cobbled streets , and large promenade that follows the coastline towards Sunset Resort which is clearly visible in the distance. There is also a pier from which boat trips operate, also jet ski tours.....email me for more details.

In the heart of the town behind the well known St Georges Hotel , there is a square where many locals have their own stalls selling goods and crafts. There are many restaurants and places to eat and drink. In the summer months all the shops stay open until very late, and the place is "buzzing". Population of Pomorie is around 20,000 people, its a fully functioning community, whereas in comparison Sunny Beach virtually closes down out of season.
New Pomorie also has a good selection of shops,from fresh fruit and vegetables, bakeries, corner shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also a very pretty Old Monastery, which you are allowed to look around.
