Polzeath area
Famous for it's surfing beach, Polzeath also offers sandy beaches with rock pools ideal for children of all ages. Nearby Daymer Bay has a wide stretch of sandy beach bordering the Camel Estuary, great for paddling.
Close to Padstow and Rock, take the ferry to Padstow from Rock. where all the celebrities go for their breaks. National Trust coastal path will enable you to walk round to Port Quinn, and Port Isaac is nearby. Golf courses, tennis court and country walks.
Good restaurant, take-aways, convenience stores and P.O. in village.

On the North Cornish coast, across the Camel estuary from Padstow and Rock.
A30 to Launceston, then A395 Atlantic Highway towards Wadebridge.
