25 yards from excellent surfing and family beach, bungalow has 1 double bed, 2 full-size bunk beds, double sofa-bed. All linen & towels, electricity inc. Private parking, own secluded garden; Convenience stores and good restaurants and take-aways nearby, Sat changeover.

Tourist Board 3 Star purpose built, family-run holiday bungalow. Excellent surfing beach with hire shops, soft sand and rock pools make ideal family holiday. National Trust coastal walks, countryside walks, 2 good golf courses and fishing trips from nearby Padstow, make this an ideal location with stunning scenery. Full weeks and out-of-season short breaks available. Freeview T.V.

Beautiful coastal scenery with stone-age sites, tin mines, modern Tate gallery, quaint villages and large towns provide a wide variety of facilities for all types of holidays.

The Polzeath area

Famous for it's surfing beach, Polzeath also offers sandy beaches with rock pools ideal for children of all ages. Nearby Daymer Bay has a wide stretch of sandy beach bordering the Camel Estuary, great for paddling.

Close to Padstow and Rock, take the ferry to Padstow from Rock. where all the celebrities go for their breaks. National Trust coastal path will enable you to walk round to Port Quinn, and Port Isaac is nearby. Golf courses, tennis court and country walks.

Good restaurant, take-aways, convenience stores and P.O. in village.

“Great Accommodation and Fabulous Location” We are frequent visitors to Cornwall, but have never stayed in Polzeath before. Our accommodation 'Robin' was all that we had hoped for and more. All the facilities, crockery and utensils we needed to cater for ourselves were provided and we made good use of the large private decking area to barbecue and store our body boards and wetsuits. Everything was very clean and in good working order. You couldn't ask for a better location as the spacious beach was just across the road and the surf was good for body boarders. There is a supermarket, post office, fish & chip shop & restaurant just around the corner. A short walk up a STEEP hill brings you to Carters pub & restaurant where you can eat, drink, play pool, listen to bands and get a mobile signal! Although the weather wasn't brilliant, we had a fabulous holiday. Response: So glad you liked our accomadation, and the facilities it offered. “Surfers & Beach Lovers Paradise!” Excellent location - just footsteps away from the beach! Kids loved the Surf Schools and beach. Husband loved running along the cliff tops and I loved the coffee shop! Everything you could possibly think of had been provided - even the washing-up liquid! Everything was lovely and clean. Accommodation perfect for us with our two teenage children. Garden would be fantastic and safe for those with younger children. Also think would be ideal for older guests as there are no steps in the property. There is a little supermarket just a minute away along with a newsagent and surf shop! “Lovely Property in a Fantastic Location” We have been going to Polzeath for the past 10 years and have been staying specifically in Robin for the last 4 years (sometimes twice a year) and intend to re-visit many more times! The property is in a fantastic location situated just across from the beach and the main shops of Polzeath, although when in the property, especially in the garden you would not know this was the case. Perfect for early moring surfs, beach with the kids and suits our needs perfectly. The property is well equipped for the family (including essentials such as BBQ, outdoor dining facilities, TV, etc.) and is clean and tidy. It also benefits from its own allocated parking.
