"Happy days in Polzeath"
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at tides reach, the great location is a stones throw from the beach, shops and restaurants. The cottage has all you would have in your own home, with very comfy, quality beds. I can't remember sleeping so well away from home, (and I use a lot of hotels) overall a very enjoyable stay!

Location was very good, and the cottage was very clean and reasonably well equipped. This is the first time we have holidayed in Cornwall so am not sure what the general expectations are about self catering there. However, we were all surprised that the cottage did not even have the basic condiments/provisions you may need to "get your holiday started". There was a lovely cake and welcome card, but no milk, tea bags, salt, etc that we would normally find when we self cater. As we arrived early in the day and had a car we were able to drive to a supermarket but this would have been a much bigger issue had we arrived late at night. Just a thought....
However, the cottage itself was very pretty and everything worked pretty well.

"Super stay in north Cornwall"
The Cottage is always beautifully prepared and welcoming, and thoughtfully resourced. Everything that you would need is here, and this is our fifth stay, which shows how much we like it! The location is as good as you will get in Polzeath, quietly off the road but within a very short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. It truly is a property that allows you start you holiday straightaway and not have to spend time on anything but enjoying your time away.

"Comfortable convenience ideal for young kids"
The cottage is perfect for a relaxed family holiday, being so close to the beach and the supermarket. Dominic made us feel right at home and was very helpful. The cottage is simply decorated and well-equipped with everything you need, and is surprisingly private due to high hedges despite being right in the middle of the village on the only flat road to the beach. I am a difficult person to please and we have booked again for next year which says it all!
